Ich finde es sehr schade. Ich hab das Video im restart plan gemacht. Und sie macht so lang immer die gleiche Seite, dass ich am Ende nichts durchhalten kann und mich statt motiviert und gut, einfach nur demotiviert und frustriert gefühlt habe. Statt das Gefühl zu haben stolz auf mich zu sein.

Please do not get me wrong. I don't think it's right for you to expose your body naked in the video you posted. This is not a virtuous behavior. Children and adolescents also watch these videos. I find these videos objectionable from a pedagogical point of view. First of all, we must also consider the mental health of other adolescents and young people. These videos encourage teenage girls and young girls to expose their bodies. I am concerned that the video you posted may serve the porn industry. Hackers with pedophilia tendencies can use these videos to carry out attacks that will endanger your security. They may use your nude pictures as photomontages on dangerous sites. You can work to reduce environmental pollution. You can organize events to stop the production of nuclear weapons. You can do projects related to preserving ecological balance. You can protest and call on countries that violate human rights, violate the law, and torture people to act in accordance with justice. You can support independent science centers and independent medical centers that work for the benefit of humanity. I think you can do such meaningful activities instead of exposing your body. Death is approaching. We will die eventually. Let's leave our mark by spending the rest of our lives performing meaningful, productive and beneficial actions for humanity.

The worst video about exercise. No time to change your body position, no time to check the next exercise, all the time you have to go back the video to star the exercise. And you can't do it all the time because you are losing the concentration. I lost my time and got super angry

Am I the only one that feels my elbows are dying😢 I don’t know how to fix the problem, I try to put blankets even pillow to ease the pain, but they still hurt a lot😭
All these workouts go really hard on my elbows and joints. I reall wish those excercizes would do some streaching for that before the workout. Or so they don’t do so much of side planks and planks in a row. It really is painful if you are a begginer and you try to do it all in a row.
I miss short breaks to check what exercise needs to be done.
