    Day 1: ✅ (my stomach and neck hurted the next day😭)
    Day 2: ✅
    Day 3: ❌(was gonna do it at night but I was too tired and fell asleep)
    Day 4: ✅ (exercises are definitely getting easier to do and I still feel a burn)

    starting day-10th July 2024
    Day1: felt the abs burn💀✅
    Day2: felt harder than day 1, but did it❤✅
    Day3: GUYS I GUESS ITS WORKING!! i see 2 SLIGHTLY VISISBLE LINES on the upper abdomen, basically, i was recording myself yesterday and saw the lines, and then when i checked the mirror I SCREAMED OMFG 😭 anyways, DAY 3 DONE ✅
    Day4: done ✅ i think my abs are being a BIT defined now, im so excited !!!
    Day5: Done ✅✅
    15 and 16 July rest day
    Day 6: ✅ my mom said I look A BIT slimmer😭😭
    Day 7: ✅
    One week results, I feel a LOT STRONGER and i feel happy about how my body looks, my mom literally said it looks like I've lost a few inchessss😭🥰

    While I do love your workouts, I find it really annoying how you have ads right in the middle of the workout. I know you’re trying to advertise your products and apps, but you can easily put them at the end or the beginning. If this video is about workout, make it about a workout, not a giant ad right in the middle because I want to enjoy the workout. I really like them they have helped me so much, just the ads are really throwing me off.
    Please put this into consideration!!
