Working out for a month bc I feel like I gained so much more body fat since I haven’t worked out for a full week for a year and I’m starting to not like my body:

Day2: felt harder than day 1, but did it❤✅
Day3: GUYS I GUESS ITS WORKING!! i see 2 SLIGHTLY VISISBLE LINES on the upper abdomen, basically, i was recording myself yesterday and saw the lines, and then when i checked the mirror I SCREAMED OMFG 😭 anyways, DAY 3 DONE ✅
Day4: done ✅ i think my abs are being a BIT defined now, im so excited !!!

While I do love your workouts, I find it really annoying how you have ads right in the middle of the workout. I know you’re trying to advertise your products and apps, but you can easily put them at the end or the beginning. If this video is about workout, make it about a workout, not a giant ad right in the middle because I want to enjoy the workout. I really like them they have helped me so much, just the ads are really throwing me off.
