    A HUMBLE suggestion from an Indian.
    Yoga is something very scared to us. if you can change the music it would be really great. Go for some soothing calm music and also, you guys don't provide instructions it's yoga not any other physical exercise if you don't tell people how to do it and precautions to take they may injure themselves.

    Can't believe I have mobility i was able to do each of the exercise just struggle with balancing🤧… I guess practice increased my mobility so by the time stability will also increase
