I just wanted to say that this will be the second time doing this 30 days of yoga. The first time was in 2021 and i had done almost 5 months worth of 30 days with Adrian, but i fell into a depression, moved homes, lost loved ones gained weight and was just not inspire anymore. Im hoping you will catch me on day 30 with more appreciation for this craft then before ❤ namaste 🙏
What can I do if my wrist is weak and painful. Do I continue and it gets stronger or what is an optional movement ? Thank you.

This is my third thirty day journey and I find it just the right practice for me. Not too long, easy to adapt to my own level when I need to and so easy to access everyday. I've made it to the mat 60 days in a row and find it a comforting place to return to each day.

I am following the 30 Days Challenge for my active rest days and I’ve just completed day one. I didn’t expect day one to have such an impact for me, but it did and now I know that this journey will be much more than just a way to move my body on my days off. I cried a little bit…is that normal?

I do Ok until the runners lunge. Knee on right is wrecked. I'm going to do that much for 5 days. +2 years with covid/vasculitis. Just start anywhere at 73.
I have just completed the 30 days and I loved it ! I'm 62 years old dodgy knee but reasonably fit for my age.
I gave it all a go and I loved the way you created a vibe where it was ok to do what you can.Thank you Adrienne for showing the world of Yoga.
My third time doing this practise. This time I will work my way through it 3-4 x a week. Just finished 30 Day Flow practise in March and want to add more yoga to my life to improve stability and my mindset. Thank you Adriene for sharing this practise with us.

9/24/2023 Day 1. I had no idea how tight and out of shape I've become at 50. This is a little hard for me. please keep me in your thoughts. I do need this. Thank you for this series. It's truly a gift.
Am I just shit at this or is this not suitable for beginners? I have trouble following along because Im trying to do the same pose and then it's already time to transition to the next pose which is stressing me out. I dont have that much trouble following physically, just that's it's moving a bit fast for a complete beginner.

I completed this around a year ago and I'm starting it again. Gosh life has changed. Not to trauma dump here but my grandfather just got over a dementia driven by his diabetes medicine and now my mother may have cancer. It's been busy and a lot of work. I'm ofc assuming the best possible scenario will happen, but I decided to come back here and get some grounding. The ending was just what I needed.

I finished the 30 days for 2024 a few weeks back and found that it really helped me in my overall fitness and really just knowing my own body better.
