    pilates any type will burn 150 calories max in 1 hour but inch loss will certainly happen ( 300 i have never noticed)

    Completed 15 days with 1 day of rest in each week and with proper diet. I lost around 4 pounds and it’s amazing . Additionally, I maintained walking 12k steps daily. Thank you so much for this amazing workout🙌🏻. Will stick to it for next 15 days💪🏻

    Love your workouts! Only 15 days with you and It's wonderful what you're doing for my health and my body. I'm 55 years old and sometimes I don't have the same balance and coordination to do the exercises as you do…with the same grace, but little by little a lot is changing and I'm loving it!
