hello my Fities♥ welcome back to my channel 🙂 today’s workout is a nine minute abs &core Pilates. are you ready? okay let’s get started inhale and exhale as you round the back then again inhale as you come forward take five short breaths in and five short breaths out avoid straining your neck and shoulder. keep your lower against the floor exhale as you extend your leg and arm and breathe in as you return to the starting position exhale on your way up the crunch twist and inhale on your way down to the starting this movement helps in building stronger abs increase stability and strength melt belly fat and tone your body slowly exhale as you lift your hips off the ground while keeping your back straight and inhale as you return to the starting position oh you got me breathe out and lift the extended leg up to the side then breathe in slowly let it back down. exhale and reach your right arm forward and left leg back keeping your back and pelvis still & stable it targets your abs, thighs & core muscles inhale and twist to the side and exhale as you reach your hand across to the outside of your foot be sure not to round your shoulders or tilt your neck. take a few deep breaths as you start and slowly exhale and lie on your back on the floor with your legs straight inhale leave your scapula down as you bring your arms up overhead slowly exhale again and return to the starting position slowly take a breath and maintain your abs and core engaged at all times. oh yeah exhale and slowly rotate your torso so you can touch your elbow to the opposite knee as it comes up five four three two one switch sides. hey my Fities♥ we are almost done~!! you can do it!! make sure your hips aren’t dropping toward the floor and keep breathing. inhale as you extend and kick your leg up, being careful not to arch your back breathe out you bring the knee toward the elbow 5,4,3,2,1 Let’s do other side. slowly Inhale tilt your pelvis back, then exhale tuck your tail bone for cat pose this is the last movement for cool – down stretches my Fities♥ you did a wonderful job!! thank you so much for working out with me I love you just the way you are~ see you next time♥

    ok yall i’m going to do this for a week and then tell y’all what happens:)

    day 1: it was ok i was confused at first but overall fine but those leg lifts are killing me

    day 2:i’m getting better at the workout and i feel pretty good

    My goals would be of course loosing weight and also getting my self moving and doing things other than watching k drama on my phone

    ➳Doing this for one week
    I've been half-a*sing this workout for a while, so now I'm finally gonna give it a try.😘
    ➳I'm doing another workouts with this: 9-minute seated abs by Shirlyn Kim.

    ➳Measurements
    Upper Waist: 33 inch
    Middle Waist: 34 inch
    Lower Waist: 35.5
    Yall I might have not been measuring my waist correctly 🥲

    ➳I'm not dieting while doing this workout but I am eating smaller portions.💗

    Day 1:✅ The workout was suprisingly easy, but the side leg raises hurt like hell. After this workout I felt really energized.
    Day 2:✅ The workout was lowkey harder then day 1, I'm going to do this work out two times today.

    hi guys i’ve been doing this video for 3 days so far so i decided to start tracking, i just wanna say im also on a cal defict and i do other workouts and cardio! starting weight : 118 pounds goal weight : 115 pounds ( or when i like how i look like lol

    day 1 : i don’t like the circle workout but was super easy ! i did 10k steps and a workwithjo workout too

    day 2 : it was much easier and super fast but i still struggle with the circles, i was so sore too. i did this with her full body workout, 10k steps + workwithjo dance workout videos

    day 3: done! very easy, i’m about to go do the full body workout and walkwithjo workouts!
