yoga ludes intermediate level workout so whenever you’re ready just grab your water bottle roll out your mat and let’s get started if you’re not in a place where you can do this video with me right now please save it to your watch later and join me whenever you can all right let’s get started started by standing at the back of our mat take a deep breath in sending your arms High to the sky exhale bringing them down to Heart Center just placing one Palm over your heart and the other Palm on top of it and closing your eyes taking a deep breath in through your nose deep breath out setting the intention to just let your body move today creating an energetic shift of Love of gratitude and of life fness so whenever you’re ready just open your eyes and let’s get started let’s start by Rolling ourselves all the way down to the mat just hanging heavy right here for three 2 one finding that stretch in your hamstrings and when you’re ready start walking those Palms all the way down to a downward facing dog sending your hips High to the sky finding Stillness right here and slowly shift your weight forward into a plank hold let’s wake up that core feeling that really hard engagement in your abdomen and then slowly send your hips back up to the sky to that downward facing dog stretching those hamstrings those calves and start walking your hands back in coming into a halfway lift lengthening through your spine exhale forward fold nice work start walking your hands back out into that downward-facing dog sending your chest towards your thighs for a deeper stretch and then slowly engage your belly button as you shift your weight forward into a plank hold right here pushing away from that match just waking up your core slowly send your hips back up towards the sky start walking your hands in towards your feet really lengthening all the way from your hips down to your heels and then slowly bring bring your hands back in coming into a halfway lift exhale forward fold nice work everyone last one right here start walking your hands back out into that downward-facing dog send your hips forward into that plank hold feel how strong you are in this present moment and then shift your weight back up onto you lifting those hips High to the sky stretch ing out your legs in that downward facing dog and slowly walking your hands back in okay coming back into that halfway lift exhale forward fold start walking your hands back out into that plank hold right here lifting that right leg High to the sky holding that three-legged plank for three two one now bend that right knee and send it to your right elbow swing it over to your left left nice work we’re just warming up our core right here keep moving and keep swinging that knee two more each side send it back into that three-legged plank for it three 2 one Bend at the elbows come down into that chaturanga inhale into upward-facing dog lifting your hips off of that mat exhale coming back into tabletop hold right here for a deep breath in deep breath out extend your legs right behind you coming back into that plank find stability lifting your left leg and slowly bending at the knee and sending it to your left elbow then right keep moving keep breathing really engage that left oblique two more each side come back into that three-legged plank for it three 2 one chatur on inhale up into upward-facing dog exhale tabletop position nice work let’s go ahead and drop onto our elbows coming into this forearm tabletop take take a deep breath in through your nose and on that exhale lift your left leg High to the ceiling inhale send it across your right exhale bring it on over to your left coming into rainbows keep breathing nice work everyone we’re here for six last three 2 one hold it behind you and we’re just going to start cir holding right here for eight last four one hold reverse those circles to the outside right here for eight 4 3 2 one hold and release that knee wonderful full drw let’s come to the palms of our hands and shift your weight towards your left side just really stretching and lengthening that hip area and slowly coming back into tabletop position nice work come back onto your forearms into that forearm tabletop position deep breath in through your nose plugging in that belly button towards your spine exhale extend that right leg behind you inhale through your nose exhale centered across your left inhale all the way to the outside of your right exhale all the way to the outside of your left nice work keep moving keep breathing we’re here for seven [Music] last three last one bring it back to Center little circle to the right for 10 last five hold reverse those circles five one hold release that knee come to your your hands shift your way to the outside of your right leg sending those hips down hold right here for a deep stretch when you’re ready come back into that tabletop position nice work last little bit of work here before we get to cool down so take a deep breath in your nose and on that exhale send your hips High to the sky coming into that downward-facing dog inhale right here through your nose exhale send your forearms down into that dolphin pose and just hold breathe right here can you shift your weight forward can you plug in your chest towards your thighs and your thighs towards your chest we’re here for 10 seconds then we get to cool down breathe last four one come back up into that downward facing dog bring your knees down open knees wide and walk your hands forward coming into child’s pose holds right here nice work take a cleansing breath in through your nose and out through your mouth start walking your hands in I think I put a makeup on my mat start walking your hands back in let’s go ahead and extend our legs in front of us take a deep breath in as you send your arms High to the sky exhale forward fold sending those arms forward option to grab a hold of your feet you can come to the outside you can come from above what ever is accessible to you otherwise it can just come down your mat whatever that looks like it can be by your hips knees calves whatever it is just hold on and breathe inhale through your nose right here out through your mouth as you breathe you lengthen through your spine and as you let go of that breath you come closer towards your legs keep moving keep breathing we’re here for three more breaths slowly walk your hands back in coming into a comfortable seated position whatever that looks like inhale bring your arms High to the sky exhale placing one Palm over the other on top of your heart center and closing your eyes tuning into your body tuning into the energetic shift your body has undergone through in today’s class feeling the livelihood inside of you through that beating
