i loved this workout because it had cardio and strength and I was able to do every move with good form (sometimes it doesn't happen when the workout is more fast paced). I'm so sweaty and burned a lot of calories (more than I expected). I really liked this one

This is my favorite workout so far!!! 💪 It has the best combination of exercises (I love deadlift, curls, t-shape push-ups, jumping jacks – all of them!), cardio, time, duration, and number of repeats and circuits. It's also knee and pregnancy friendly. Saved 🤝
