I have a question when do I use small medium or heavy bells? Is it just by strength and our option on what weight class to use on the sections?

I can feel the pain in my arms, and thinking that maybe i should find heavier weight to challenge myself. Push up is hard but I still do it, and thankful that its much better now because I can't do it before, can't do atleast 1 half push up and feel nervous when it is included in workout video. Other than those, thank you for the workout video.

How do you make diamond pushups look so flawless? I am still being humbled by them.
Doing this the second time I feel really good. I actuality got to add some more weight. Not a lot but some! And Heather, your suggestion to get hand weights really helped!

Week one – minus 5.6 pounds. Love the workouts
This was great! Personally, I enjoy doing weight training and love running as well. I’m not fit nor thin, but when I do those kind of workouts, by the end of it, I feel light and sweaty lol. I don’t enjoy doing workouts where I need to be flexible doing many workouts on the floor. Just my preference. But I felt this on my arms, legs, back, and for some reason my abs lol. Thank you Heather! 🙂
I just stared last week little late to the party. My least favorite is abs. My neck hurts when I do them and I can't do many workouts not so 100% . But I still do them and give my best.
Thank you for excellent workouts! Please advise if the equipment description shows the weight of 1 dumbbell or a pair of dumbbells?
I hate working out abs! And the most challenging are definitely upper body workouts! Hopefully by the end of this challenge I can complete my first pull up!
