I’ve completed the full 12 weeks and have circled back to month 1 to redo it with the heavier weights I bought during my progression. First time around my heavy weight was 6lbs, later on 10lbs. Now I’m mainly using 15 to 20lbs for my heavy.

Hi. Ive recently started yr workouts and theyre grt. ❤My hips and knees are really tight and lacking flexibility. Is there an exercise u can recommend pls.
Wow I didn't even realise I've been neglecting my calves until today. My calf muscles were twitching! And that squat with heel lift! Felt like all the unknown muscles in my leg activated compared to a regular squat! 🎉
