[Music] [Music] [Music] ch [Music] you know what man [Music] [Music] ooh let’s go oh okay we got all the flavors which is amazing um at the Arnold right now and we got a very important shipment and I honestly didn’t think it was going to make it here we had about 4 days to prepare this had to get chocolate pretzels dip the pretzels in the chocolate and sent them all the way to Ohio from New Jersey and thankfully they got here but there’s a little a little meeting with vendors or some sort of like distribution and like I’m saying these were like imperative to get here and I was stressing about it so [ __ ] bad because like everything was out of my control out of my hand so I couldn’t really do anything about it but they’re here now and that’s all that matters we have the original the milk chocolate GI coffee and then we have white chocolate vanilla so it’s just such a good site right now and I do want to break open a couple packages um just to give you a little showing cuz I I honestly want to see what they look like but we weren’t able to get the proper pretzels they are the same same formula of like uh like pretzel itself it’s just like a super small version so I think they’re called super mini pretzels um but no same taste is just a lot smaller I’m just so [ __ ] happy they got here so with these mini pretzels since the holes in them are so small I’m sure you can see like that um they’re so small it’s literally the size of like a quarter and the holes within the pretzels are super tiny so they usually clog up a lot like this but it’s not that big of a deal cuz it just gives you more chocolate and just going to taste like a lot better um and we have the vanilla the milk chocolate and then honestly the coffee one is probably my favorite and this it seems so weird like a coffee pretzel but it’s not just coffee it’s like coffee chocolate and it’s so good bro it’s cracked um but this is a lineup if you want to see and like I was saying before these are probably going to be about like Yay big it’s like they’re still going to be bite size but just a little bit bigger than this um and overall they’re just amazing and I do want to give like a little taste test review right here and each pack is going to be 56 G bag with 1 g of sugar in the entire bag which is cracked for chocolate 12 g of protein and obviously there’s going to be a little bit of carbs from the pretzels a little bit of fat from the chocolate but you know it’s worth it cuz they taste really [ __ ] good that was a coffee one it changes up a little bit I think maybe because it was rushed the chocolate coating does taste a little bit different it’s not bad at all but you know what it is so you have to dip the pels multiple times and I think because it was rushed they weren’t able to dip them the correct amount of times where they kind of just rush the entire process but that white chocolate one that’s had like a lot of chocolate on it tastes really [ __ ] good um same same as last batch but overall I’m really happy with that it tastes really good okay okay yeah this one’s really good white chocolate always always slaps for sure is the original one that’s original yeah the coffee here you got those super good both of those great coffee coffee yeah it’s different cuz it’s like um it’s like coffee and chocolate okay so you’re right get like both yeah MH yeah it’s really good I’m a coffee guy though so I like coffee that’s great I like chocolate too so boom that’s a great Ro heck yeah yeah these are really good bro how much perins in it each bag it’s going to be like a 56 G bag and it’s 12 g of protein and then 1 g of sugar so wow yeah damn so all right sweet yeah can’t wait to get them in the studio I know I’m excited it’s going to be awesome yeah [Music] [Music] [Music] he a oh so we got chest today and I can’t tell if I feel really weak or if this machine just feels really heavy but you know I only had a little bit of Chick-fil-A today I had one Mega meal in the morning had two Chick-Fil-A salads no dressing or anything so it was like kind of clean actually um just greens few Tomatoes it’s a little bit of carbs in those and then obviously just chicken and I think there’s corn on it too but two of those another mega fit meal when I got back little pre-workout meal and a little bit of juice so it could be the fact that I’m just feeling weak it’s not a good feeling I don’t like that at all I do have a good pump though which is good but I think what is going to be the deciding factor on whether this feels heavy or I’m just feeling weak is dumbbell bench um I really want to I want to move a little bit of weight today hopefully I can progress from last week week I’m not too sure been doing a lot of flying feel a little dehydrated today and uh you know we’ll just see how it goes but overall can’t complain about today good showing up the Expo and uh now we’re doing chest and biceps can’t beat [Music] that okay ah all right yeah that machine just [ __ ] heavy jeez [Music] wow [Music] [Music] [Music] got to take the hoodie off don’t want to get a little dirty these dumbbells by the way I think just called the piping hoodies something piping something you got like a nice little strip across the chest but they’re dropping March [Music] 5th [Music] [Music] [Music] he so that moved pretty smooth that was the first time I did 130 and you know it just moved that that easy you know so I’m going to try 135 I want to shoot for somewhere between 6 or 8 if I get above 8 I’ll be ecstatic about that but with that 130 right there it’s like that easily deserves a little cheap meal tonight so prescribing myself one sticking to the plan I’m still doing one a week but that’s a fat win for me um and you know if you do hit a PR like that you shouldn’t put it past yourself you should reward yourself for that so I was thinking about it and I just did 130 for 10 and I was going to do 135 for 6 to8 but 135 isn’t that far away from 140 so I might as well just do 140 and go for six and [ __ ] I don’t even know I don’t even know if I’m going to be able to move it but I want to try it low key like I don’t know I don’t know if it’s in the gym but I’m feeling it right now so little self belief little confidence gets you a far away I don’t know if it’s going to be able to lift 140s off my chest but I might help a little [Music] bit oh okay I got it there you go let’s go P that let’s go yep I got it I got it let’s go okay all right yep God damn oh [ __ ] quick six [Music] [ __ ] so I kind of wish that I got eight with the 140s but I told myself I was doing six I feel that was almost like a little bit of like a mental block so I should have went into that saying I was going to do 10 feel like I could have got at least one more but it was a good six you know it didn’t feel too heavy it’s OB obviously 140 lbs so like relatively that’s heavy as [ __ ] but you know my chest is feeling good and I’m just realizing that PE deck is [ __ ] insane insanely heavy um but P that pass the dumbbells content with both of those and now I’m on this it’s like a little bit of a seated incline hammer press and you know since I went heavier on my last my last workout I want to go Fairly light here and just keep the rep pretty high somewhere between 12 and 15 and uh I really just want to force as much blood into my chest so in addition to that going light I’m also gonna sit here and squeeze a little bit just you know once you’re done with your set and you can’t do anym the one thing that you can do is just squeeze so you can Flex until I’mma Flex until failure after I hit failure and uh that’s going to assure that I’m getting all the blood that I can into my chest so probably I don’t know probably won’t go about 225 here maybe I don’t know this even feels a little heavy just one plate so I think 225 will be The Sweet Spot on [Music] this hey [Music] okay all right [Music] [ __ ] oh [ __ ] that’s how she WR there oh [Music] nothing really beats a dumbbell curl and [ __ ] what is it called so nothing really beats dumbbell Cur what up watch I appreciate that thank you bro thank you man yeah yeah yeah we were there today too we’ll be there all weekend you guys have a yeah yeah sweet what’s your name again Brian Brian nice me you bro but yeah nothing really beats a just a regular dumbbell curl and some hammer curls but this machine here it’s just the typical cable with the Easy Bar attachment but uh I’m kind of round on my back almost giving myself like a trle shell tip back and I’m putting my arms out in front of me and I’m just really feeling that that PE contraction at the top it feels really good on the decline all the way at the bottom of the set but you know I feel the most at the top I’m really squeezing the peak and for this last one I went a bit heavier but I’m going to try to hold it in that Peak just to get the most out of it and then bring it down nice and slow and then I’ll probably move on cuz feel like you can only do so many biceps so you can’t move your arms but [Music] oh my God okay [Music] [Music] I [Music] [Music] just got to get this Uber real quick I think I just ordered two it was a really good chest workout for the amount of food that I had throughout the day um especially the amount of carbs it was pretty low today and I did take a rest day yesterday so two days back to back with not a lot of food and my hydration was really good yesterday I got just about 6 and 1/2 lers which is a major win for me and you know I’m just I’m going off those small winds I’m taking it day by day and you know seeing a win today is progression so if you can just do that ensure that you get something in that’s making the day better than yesterday or you’re just progressing in some sort of way it’s a it’s a huge plus and huge Advantage overall and you know my phone’s going off right now I didn’t get two Ubers but um solid chest day can’t complain can’t complain at all and I really try to focus I did that heavy work in the beginning and then throughout the rest of the workout at least the chest part I kind of just dropped the weight did body weight really Flex trying to get as much blood into my chest as I can and it still feels nice and pumped and even that posing session afterwards was just Immaculate even though it was quick I kind of just fired through the motions and I really feel like the more that you pose the more that you’re going to get comfortable with it and if you’re a person that takes I usually sometimes I take like 10 15 minutes to get like one pose in for like just to make the shot look correct but the more that you do it the more it’s going to just be like second nature to you so it’s just going to get a lot easier over time and you know that’s pretty much with everything in life the more you do it the better you’re going to get at it so you know just keep chipping away at the little things keep looking for those little wins and you know overall it’s a good day today can’t complain but if you’re having a bad day today just remember it’s a bad day it’s not a bad life and like I said just do one thing that makes it better than yesterday
