week 1:
day one: ✅ + cardio , was difficult with 10lbs weight, had to switch to 6lbs i didnt have any other heavier one than that😢

Weights work as expected and we have not had issues in the 2ish months we've been using them. Our only complaint is the handles are a plastic material and get slippery/difficult to grip.

I love your videos you explain every exercise perfectly I’ve been searching for someone who can teach me how to properly lift weights I’ve never lifted weights only cardio. Now that I’m 40 I’ve gained 30 pounds through the pandemic and for the first time in my life I’m having a hard time losing weight, my whole life all I had to do was go to work and live normal and my weight stayed at 115 until I hit 40 and then the pandemic hit and the couch became my best friend so your videos are very refreshing and I am going to slay my body with your exercises so thank you in advance I’m actually going to start today so here we go lol

I'm really enjoying this workout. First time I did it was a bit of a struggle but I'm in week 2 and getting through it much better than last week. Soreness has gone too. Starting weight is 181 pounds. I've incorporated daily walking for 5k and weight lifting every other day. Increased my protein intake and cut out unhealthy meals. Hoping to see some improvements in after 6 weeks.

Hi Joanna, Iam planning to do this strength training, can i reduce my calorie intake together with this routine. I am planning to do this routine for 3 days a week.
My age is 40, height 166 cm and now i am weigh 88kg
My daliy calorie intake is 1800 cal
I want to be strong and gain weight. Is this exercise good for that goal?
I completed this workout today for the first time and I'll try doing this for the next 6 weeks at least 2 times a week like you said. The hardest part for me was definitely the lower body set. I can literally still feel it and it made my body shake so hard during the rest of the workout🙃. It was hard but I made it using 3 and 4kg dumbells.
I'll try to update every week, but remind me if I don't.
