hey guys our love’s back today we are doing the full-body it workout that is apartment friendly which means there is no jumping involved in this workout so what you believe for this workout is yourself a little bit of space a soft surface this yoga mat or exercise mat and I’m also adding in a 10 pound dumbbell just for one of the exercises but that’s completely optional you can use whatever weight you have available to you and then you’re at home and you’re have a water job or whether you’re at the gym and you want to use a kettlebell or a dumbbell or you don’t need to lose the weight at all it’s totally up to you but the weight of this workout its structure is we have a 5 different exercise this we’re going to do before you 5 seconds on 15 seconds off and we’re going to do two rounds total totaling 10 minutes so just make sure that you can see your screen so you can follow along with me and I will give you a preview of each of the exercises during those 15 second rest and I think that’s it so another alright guys so our first exercise we’re going to extend fingers and toes lifted off the floor we’re going to come up and you’re going to touch opposite toes with fingers [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] those knees up [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] all right we’re going to take a seat just for as far as you can attach to we need to live it we can Yuri up [Applause] deep back into the squat we can do it baby [Music] [Music] [Music] and [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] all [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] right into those figure-eight make sure that when we bring them up and we get up that you’re not collapsing here in the fourth you’re going strong without bones straight so you’re really engaging obliques as you bring the weight down my side [Music] [Music] [Music] all right next step going into our squats with the toe touches we’re reaching a starting to gain for that opposite foot [Applause] [Music] here we go [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] mystery [Music] you’re not to waver from side to side the line isn’t stable [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] alright guys and threats alright guys so I hope you enjoyed this quick 10-minute full butt workout you guys are always putting in more requests for apartment friendly workouts so if you enjoyed this one please let me know about leaving a comment and giving this video a thumbs up as it helps to support my channel and also make sure your to check out the apartment friendly workout playlist if you’re looking for more workouts as though I’m jumping I hope you guys enjoy this workout thank you so much for joining me and I will see you guys next time [Music]

    A bit misleading to put this in the 'knee friendly' playlist even tho there are 2 very knee unfriendly practices in that workout (great workout besides that, but I guess i have to watch the videos in that playlist, which dont have 'knee friendly' in their title, first before doing them)
