okay it is day six of my Fierce 2.0 program and it is time to pick up the pace with an intense no repeats hiit cardio workout this is a classic style hiit with equal work and rest periods so 30 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest that means that those 30 seconds of work should be completed with your maximum level of intensity if you are really pushing yourself I tell you you are going to be thankful for that 30 seconds of rest no equipment is needed today so just clear some space and follow along we’re starting right now that’s it day six is complete I hope you got good and sweaty and out of that comfort zone today my friends we are ready to wrap up week number one with our next session which will Target the chest and the back so go get some good healthy food in you rest up and meet me back here for day number seven

    This was great! 👍I've been doing HIIT cardio training for years, but I've never done the 30 on/30 off format before. I thought I might not get such a good workout with so much rest in between working sets, but I was wrong! That 30 seconds of rest gave me the energy to REALLY give it my all in the next working set. 💥
    This is going in my fav's bookmark to do again when I want a nice, challenging cardio workout! 😁

    I thought the 30 second rest periods would be too much, but I was wrong! I didn't think I wanted to do jump around today, but turns out, it felt great and much-needed after a few days of low impact/pilates! 3-25-24

    Such a great cardio workout. I love that you only have 30 seconds of work, mentally I can go a lot harder and try the moves I usually modify (star jumps for sure) because of the equal work/equal rest period. Don't let the rest fool you about 10 minutes in the 30 seconds seemed a lot shorter 😂

    I was a little scared of this at first thinking I would need to modify a lot, but I surprised myself and was able to do everything without modification. The 30 sec helped too!! Great workout!

    30/30 is my favourite style of hiit cos I really go all out knowing I've got longer to recover. And tbh even with the 30 second rest periods this was still really intense, loved it, wish there were more of this style on YouTube. Thanks HR 💖
