okay who is ready to sweat today we have a HIIT cardio and abs workout ahead of us combining cardio movements with ab exercises in two different hit circuits using just our body weight today so no equipment is needed roll out that mat my friends and follow along okay well that was a sweaty success nice work team remember this is a progressive program so we are challenging ourselves a little bit more and more each week use these videos as a guideline but make them your own if something feels too hard modify increase your rest times press that pause button or decrease the weights that you’re using but on the same token on the other hand if something feels too easy do the opposite increase or add more resistance perform at high higher levels of intensity or just take shorter rest breaks it’s totally up to you to know what your body needs more or less of so do what feels right for you okay again nice work on getting through today’s session enjoy the rest of your day and I’ll see you at the next workout
