    I wish that more trainers could be like Heather and recognize that many of us do not always have the time or the energy to complete 30 to 50 minute workouts. The Daily 10 series is great for fitting in a single 10-minute workout, or completing two or even three a day for ultimate flexibility. Serious thanks Heather!

    Heather, my health is struggling and I’m struggling, so these short workouts where I can choose intensity are such a blessing. I may be able to do 2 or more in a good day but I’m able to go in small steps. Thank you so much for all you do.

    Thank you! I loved the 30 mins 12 week challenge a couple of years back, but found it hard going up to 45 mins this year. This is a really good way to build myself back up slowly to increasing stamina.
