    Oh goodness, that surprised me a bit. I did it after 10 min jump rope and 6 rounds heavy bag though ;). But still, the girl in the vid was kicking my butt 😀 God bless

    I just found out that my cat is dying and a rocket is flying over my house in Ukraine, so my relatives are hiding on the floor right now. after i cried i did this workout 1000%. it helped me overcome the stress that had accumulated in my body. thank you for this training, you have no idea how you help people 🙏🏻

    Is 12 mins 3 times a week enough for me to lose few kilos before April or should i do 3 sets? Time is really crucial that's why i looked up tabata in first place because i dont have an hour to dedicate to exercise
