اهلا يا شباب! لدينا ١٠ دقائق تمرين سريعة و مؤثرة لكل الجسم اليوم و هذا الرياضة سوف يجعلك تتعرق بشكلٍ كثير، انت يمكنك تعمل هذه التمرين بمفرده ،او يمكنك شيك موقعي اذا كنت انك تريد تابع جدول الزمني الخاصة لهذا البرنامج ،الآن،اضغط علي اللايك و تابع قناتي من فضلكم ،و هيا بنا نبدأ! لدينا ١٢ تمارين اليوم، ٢٠ إلي ٤٥ ثانية تحريك و تمرين و ١٠ إلي ١٥ ثانية من الراحة و أيضًا ، ‏رجاءً ،أتأكد من استشارك لصحتك مع دكتور و دكتوره قبل البداية أي تمرين من هذا الفيديو اذا كان عندك اي حالة ضعيفه من الجسمانية و صحية اساسية. هذه التمرينات انهوا جداً بتأثير عالي و شديد ،لذلك اتبع الحركات السهل العمل و منخفضة التأثير اذا كنت بحاجة الي ذلك. و سنبدأ مع رفع الركبتين ،ارفع الركبتين لفوق،و تأكد انك تشارك عضلات بطنك و و افعلها بشكل و حالة جيد،لتأثير المنخفض و سهل العمل، فقط اخذها بشكلٍ بطيء و حلو،و لا تنسي اذا كنت تشعر بالتعب يمكنك دائماً مبادلة بين التأثير العادي و السهله ، أو خذ استراحة طويلة اذا كنت بحاجة الي فرصه من الراحة لا تظغط علي نفسك بشدة كثيرة اذا ماكنت تستطع الي اعمال هذه الحركة ، ‏لانك أنت لاتريد أن تفقد الوعي عشان فقط تجاوز حدودك! و لدينا حركة التالية القفزات الجانبيه، نحن نقفز من جانب إلي جانب الآخر.تأكد إنك تهبط بهدوء ،مع انحناء خفيفه علي ركبتك. تأكد انك تحاول عن تشارك عضلاتك ‏الأساسية في بطنك و لدينا حركة التاليه سحب الركبتين مع قفزة إلي الاتجاه الآخر. حاول ان تشارك عضلات بطنك حسنًا،و لدينا ٢٠ ثواني من الركلات بعقب، اركل الساقين بإتجاه مؤخرتك،كأنما انك تقفز بشكل سريعة.تأكد من إنك تهبط بهدوء مع انحناء خفيفه علي ركبتيك. عمل جداً رائع يا رفاق!و بعد ذلك الحركة لدنيا قفز الرفعات، لحركة مع تأثير المنخفض ،فقط لا تقفزون ،اذا كانت جداً صعبة و شديدة،فقط خذها بهدوء و اعملها بشكلٍ بطيء و سهل العمل. و لدينا قفزات الواح تزلج،ابداء بحالة القرفصاء و اقفز بقفزة ١٨٠ درجه و أهبط بهدوء في القرفصاء. انتم تعملون عمل رائع يا شباب!نحن تقريبا في منتصف التمارين! خمسة دقائق فقط! يمكنك تستريح كم دقائق هنا قبل مجموعة من التدريبات التالية . و لدينا وصول الي التحت و الركلات ،حاول أن توصل إلي قدمك حين انك تحفظ ظهرك بشكلٍ متعادل ثم اقفز وركل ساقك للأمام،و تأكد انك تفعلها بشكل و وضعيه جيد و لا تؤذي ظهرك. احسنتم!استراحة قصيرة هنا و نكرر نفس الحركة علي الساق الثاني. حسنًا ، و لدينا حركة التاليه القرفصاء مع قفزات،إبداء في وضع القرفصاء ،ثم اقفز مع ساقيك الي الخارج مع رفع يديكي لفوق ،و تأكد انك تشارك عضلات بطنك و عضلات مؤخرتك أيضًا. انكم تعملون عمل رائع يا شباب!ثلاثه من التمارين فقط، و لدينا اللانج العكسية،هذا جداً سهله ،فلذلك ،استمروا في التمارين و لا تستسلموا يا اصدقائي! انتم قادرون! و لدينا خطوات مع لمس الأرض ،فقط تمرينين عشان تنتهي هذه الرياضه،يلا سننهي هذه التمارين ‏بقوة! و التمرين الأخير هو رفع الركبتين ،اعطي هذه كل قدرة ما لديك يا رفاق! انكم جداً اقوياء ! و هذا هو التمارين يا رفاق!اتمني انك تعرقت بشكل جيد! من فضلك اضغط علي اللايك و اترك لنا تعليقات إذا عجبكم هذه الفيديو ،و سأراكم في التمرين التالي. ‏إلى اللقاء!
