Hi Joanna i regularly do some of your standing workouts but I find it really difficult to do floor exercises like plank, push up, inch worm etc. Are you able to please do a 50-60 min work out session on standing strength exercises with low weights please – don’t have a problem with jumping, squats or lunges. Also could you do a beginners video on standing kick boxing. Thank you
