hey guys welcome back today we are doing a 10 minute no jumping and cardio routine so this routine is perfect for those of you who have neighbors living below you if you lived in an apartment this is an apartment friendly workout you don’t need any equipment for this workout just yourself a little bit of space and a soft surface such as a yoga mat or exercise mat beneath you we’re going to be doing five different exercises 45 seconds on and 15 seconds off and we’re going to do two rounds total and that’s going to bring us to ten minutes I think that’s it so without further ado let us get to it alright guys our first exercise we’re going to start off with is we’re going to tap coming outwards arms come up and we come down fingertips to the floor so L and [Music] alright next step you’re gonna take a burger slimes not all the way down just touch the toe at the back and then come up and I strongly pick forward go down and get nice and strong here we go [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] all right next up we’re going down and we’re gonna do some regular mountain climbers for 45 seconds bringing the need as close as you can to the chest [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] all right next up you’re gonna come down leg and fingertips touch the floor then we come up twist down twist down twist three on each side time to switch down twist here we go make sure you’re engaging the core as you come up when you twist even you’re gonna be crazy buddy we don’t the same [Music] alright last exercise of this first round we’re gonna do a burpee but without the jumpsuit is going to reach up come up on your tippy toes down step out into the plank here we go [Music] [Music] you give me what [Music] alright that was our first round complete we’re gonna repeat all that again starting off with a little star capsule coming out and down fingertips [Music] that’s good nice strong upper body make sure your arms are nice and strong to make sure you’re bending those knees and sending that booty backwards and come down [Music] all right 15 second rest we’re going to go into our first ones with the kicks make sure that you’re switching legs at the time during the other side [Music] [Music] all right Kruk 15 summer wrestling into our mountain climbers down on the ground [Music] all right coming up side and top with a twist really make sure that you’re squeezing that core as you bring the leg up maybe three on either side here we go [Music] three down and up down up up up down together [Music] alright guys a lot of exercise with our burpees without the jump nice and strong make sure that your boobies are coming down when you go into a plank bodies on a nice straight line and that’s it good job guys alright guys so I hope you enjoyed this quick little 10 minute no jumping cardio routine I have also linked some extra videos in the description down below that you can pair with this workout to make it any more of a complete workout I’ve also linked some apartment friendly more like full body routines in there as well so you have some options whether you want to do another apartment friendly routine or not if you enjoyed this workout please make sure to give this video a thumbs up and let me know how you did in the comments down below and if you’re new here and make sure to hit that subscribe button and you turn on post notifications so you don’t miss another workout from me and I will see you guys very soon [Music] you

    I’ve been doing this everyday- 1 day for a week and I am starting to see improvement I can never fully finish the mountain climbers but everyday I can stay a little longer then the day before!!!
