Subscribe to the Top Fitness Influencer Channel welcome back today, it's day 44 of the HR 12 week 3.0 and we are over the hump of week number nine getting back into cardiovascular training with today's hiit cardio workout no equipment today and we will be performing straight sets so three sets of each exercise before moving on to the next this helps improve muscle memory and coordination improves endurance and really pushes us to reach muscle fatigue it's gonna be a good one clear some space and follow along Your workout for the day is done awesome work we just have one workout left this week so let's keep that momentum going and stay focused so that we can finish strong rest up and I'll see you at day 45.
