Subscribe to the Top Fitness Influencer Channel okay it is day six of my Fierce 2.0 program and it is time to pick up the pace with an intense no repeats hiit cardio workout this is a classic style hiit with equal work and rest periods so 30 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest that means that those 30 seconds of work should be completed with your maximum level of intensity if you are really pushing yourself I tell you you are going to be thankful for that 30 seconds of rest no equipment is needed today so just clear some space and follow along we're starting right now that's it day six is complete I hope you got good and sweaty and out of that comfort zone today my friends we are ready to wrap up week number one with our next session which will Target the chest and the back so go get some good healthy food in you rest up and meet me back here for day number seven...
