Subscribe to the Top Fitness Influencer Channel okay who is ready to sweat today we have a HIIT cardio and abs workout ahead of us combining cardio movements with ab exercises in two different hit circuits using just our body weight today so no equipment is needed roll out that mat my friends and follow along okay well that was a sweaty success nice work team remember this is a progressive program so we are challenging ourselves a little bit more and more each week use these videos as a guideline but make them your own if something feels too hard modify increase your rest times press that pause button or decrease the weights that you're using but on the same token on the other hand if something feels too easy do the opposite increase or add more resistance perform at high higher levels of intensity or just take shorter rest breaks it's totally up to you to know what your body needs more or less of so do what feels right for you...

Subscribe to the Top Fitness Influencer Channel hey guys it's Kelly from Fitness winner calm and today I have a hit cardio and abs workout for you we're gonna start off with a nice light warm-up and we move into our to hit workout followed by a cardio plus abs burnout round and then we'll finish it off with a nice cool down and stretch we don't need any equipment for any of these exercises so let's go ahead and get started our first warm-up exercise is going to be slow burpees so you come down come back put your hand down step out out that back in and come up so basically it's a burpee - all the quite a bunch of parts of it so nice and slow at first trying to mix up which foot is leading each time it's a good idea to not try to get stuck in this movement so we're doing each of these for about 25 seconds of these tiny jacks just pull your knees up...

Subscribe to the Top Fitness Influencer Channel okay guys welcome back today we're doing a 10-minute full body cardio hint workout without any jumping so this workout is apartment friendly if you have neighbors below you or if you have a sleeping baby in the other room or if you're just looking for a low-impact workout this one is for you so the way that this workout is structured is we have five different exercises each exercise it's going to be 45 seconds on 15 seconds off and we're going to complete two rounds which will bring us to ten minutes you don't need any equipment besides today I'm using a pair of five pound dumbbells just something nice and light just to add in a little bit of resistance as this is a cardio based routine so we are going to try and keep the pace high if you are at home and you don't have any dumbbells feel free to use water bottle shampoo conditioner bottles whatever you have lying around the house will work just something nice and light and then other than that I think that's it so just make sure that you can see your screen...
