Subscribe to the Top Fitness Influencer Channel hey guys our love's back today we are doing the full-body it workout that is apartment friendly which means there is no jumping involved in this workout so what you believe for this workout is yourself a little bit of space a soft surface this yoga mat or exercise mat and I'm also adding in a 10 pound dumbbell just for one of the exercises but that's completely optional you can use whatever weight you have available to you and then you're at home and you're have a water job or whether you're at the gym and you want to use a kettlebell or a dumbbell or you don't need to lose the weight at all it's totally up to you but the weight of this workout its structure is we have a 5 different exercise this we're going to do before you 5 seconds on 15 seconds off and we're going to do two rounds total totaling 10 minutes so just make sure that you can...

Subscribe to the Top Fitness Influencer Channel hey guys welcome back thank you so much for joining me today today's workout is a 10-minute full-body cardio workout and this workout involves no jumping so it is a low-impact workout and it's great for those of you who have neighbors living below you so you won't cause any ruckus upstairs so for today's workout all you will need is yourself a little bit of space and a soft surface that is a yoga mat or exercise mat beneath you and today I am also added in a 10 pound dumbbell for one of the exercises this is optional but it will increase the intensity of the workout so this workout is 10 minutes long we're going to do two rounds of this workout each round is 5 minutes long and we're going to be doing 5 different exercises 45 seconds on 15 seconds off so let me give you a quick preview of the exercises before we get started so you know what we're doing so our first exercise is we're going to step out arms come up and then we come down taking a nice squat and fingertips touch...
