    One of the worst "pilates" videos. Not talking about efficiency of exercises but talking about silence during the entire video. No explanation about breath, no explanation about back and neck, posture and etc. Im happy i do pulates every day for years so I know how to protect my knees, neck and back but what about people who have bever done pilates before? They can easily damage/hurt the neck or back. As a cardio -it is good enough to keep my body in shape but do not call it pilates or if you do, at least let people know how they suppose to breath and hold their neck (especially when they work on abdominal muscles). 2 out of 10. Never again.

    I did this workout when it came out first and have been doing it since then whenever I want to do pilates, and till today, this is the best pilates workout that exists on YouTube.
