    Awesome workout! This was perfectly challenging and I loved the repeated exercises. I've stared incorporating yoga/pilates style workouts in between lifting and other higher intensity days and I feel like it's been improving my posture and form. I'd love to see another fusion flow series that incorporates more workouts in this style!
