Unfortunately, looks like this isn't suitable for me. My muscles are atrophied due to having been bedridden for a long time, and I can't do a single crunch, let alone an exercise that equals to 6 of them. But hopefully I'll be able to come back to this video someday. I wanna get super stronk!

I tried the beginner calendar last year and stopped, didn't puah through because I wasn't mentally prepared to. I'm coming back and I love hoq welcoming it feels, noticing wheere there is space to improve and where I can still do it like last year. Love that it's beginner friendly and that it gives you options to still do it, even if it looks too hard

Anyone doing it in 2023?
I have a brief question for anyone: Is it okay for doing this as everyday workout? I am not person for working out but this video feels a bit easier than the whole for calendar workout 😀
I’ve been following you since the beginning of Pop Pilates. I just did this workout after not working out the entire pregnancy and then having a c-section. I am BAFFLED at how hard it all is. I have no abs at all. So I am excited to start all over with Cassey.

I don’t know what it is but this was soooo difficult for me (it’s most probably because I’m overweight) but the one where your legs are out and you pull yourself up was impossible for me to do…. Started day 1 here, I am not flexible at all. Can’t even touch my toes. My weight currently lies at 53 kg, my legs and lower back is most inflexible. Did this with multiple breaks. Will get stronger.
Doing this routine for the very first time, had to stop 15 minutes in because my butt was burning too hard. I'm going to keep going tho, I can't wait for my body to get stronger and slimmer!

i was 65 kg almost 143 pounds when i use to do this pilatese and i remember i feel confident and loved doing it,i gave birth to a handsom baby boy hes nine months old now so i put on so much weight now i am 190 pounds….i dont know if i would ever get back to that old me,and do this again.😢
