    ok so ive been working out for 3 yrs or so but i have never seen proper results mainly because ive taken long breaks within these 3 yrs and also i started when i was young so i didnt really know much about diet and how to work out properly.

    gonna commit to 3 months 💪💪with 2 other lilly sabri workouts for abs and my own workout for arms, legs booty etc.

    Doing this workout for 14 days!
    Weight: 45 kgs
    Day 1- ✅️it was really hard and my stomach muscles are burning!
    Day 2-✅️ Same feeling as yesterday but i could see that i could hold some poses for a longer time now!

    This do works. I have been doing this for like 1 month and a half 4 to 5 times a week and my waist is so much smaller and my core stronger, I can also see my abs more now, but I also do like 2 hours 4 times a week of weights and cardio.
