healthy and just trying to find the better version of you every single day because that is what really matters it doesn’t matter your physical appearance you should not be completely obsessed with vanity you guys are here because you want to get stronger and it just makes me so proud that many of you truly understand that and I find that to be enlightening for me and for you and I just want to thank you for just ending this here on a high note thank you so much for all your support always and I cannot wait for 2017 it’s gonna be a brand new year it’s me really good oh and for those of you     I just started my workout journey & my friend recommended you! This workout although short KILLED me. I’m currently 225 & trying to be healthier for myself & my mental health. I couldn’t do all the moves for the entire duration but I’m going to keep up with it ❤

    Day 17 on the 2020 Beginners calendar!! I'm stoked! 😀 I've NEVER made it this far before, and i'm actually waking up wanting to work out, which is a nice change. My yoga mat is gonna need a wash after today though…. i was DRIPPING with sweat between the first video and this one. Might throw it in the shower with me and hose it down. lol. Everything, including hair, needs a wash after today. Holy moly! This turned into a cardio workout in itself! According to my watch my HR was in the 140-170bpm range for half the exercise. Not complaining…. but impressed. 🙂 This was a good follow up after the first video, which was hard.

    Gosh, I love the Dark Bloom collection… The cut of those pieces were just so pretty, and those colorrrs 🖤🤩💜 I wish those sets would make a comeback lol I missed out on my chance to buy a black and violet shrug (I'm obsessed with thumb holes 😜), and I would snatch em up quick if they'd ever appear on the Popflex website again!
