    day 1-3: ✅did the 5 minute version

    day 4: ✅felt the burn. i get bored of workouts but this one is interesting and i feel proud of myself after it so im gonna hopefully continue it!

    day 5: ✅ was really tired and it was a late night but i forced myself to do it. still sore from yesterday but it was fine! shaking by the last exercise

    Day 1 ✅ I have pretty good abdominal muscles so it was pretty easy other than my neck breaking like 5 times 😭
    Day 2 ✅ Same as day 1 but my neck was better

    Doing this for 2 weeks! I'm 130 and I have a bit of stomach fat. Keep in mind I do 2 sports.
    Day 1: I had to take mini breaks. It burns.😅
    Day 2: Burned 🔥
    Day 3: Burned. Haven't seen any change yet.
    Day 4: I see a slight change, and I'm starting to see my hourglass shape.😄
    Day 5: The workout has gotten easier. 👍
    Day 6: I'm thinking about doing 2 workouts to really achieve my goal.😌
    Day 7: Less bloated 😎
    Day 8: I can see my hourglass figure coming back ☺

    Im not really seeing people talk about their changes in the comments section, so I might as well do it myself.
    Goal: Toning myself
    Current Weight: 139 pounds

    Day 1: ✅️ I felt the BURN!!! Especially on that one exercise on the 8 minute point! 😂
    Stay tuned for the next day!
    Day 2: ✅️ It burned once again 😅 Buuut I saw that I was taking less breaks and endured more of the burn!! Even if it was just by a little bit. Day 3 tomorrow!! 🎉
    Day 3: ✅️ I took NO breaks 🎉🎉🎉 I will have to say that I'm also doing other workouts along with this workout too!!
    Day 4:✅️❤ NO breaks!!!
    Day 5: ✅️💕🫶 I HAVE been getting a tad bit lazy on doing this workout but I'm PUSHING MYSELF THROUGH WITH STRECHES 🙏

    Day 10: ✅️ Broo I was so prepared to just NOT do the workout today but I was like.. "It's only ten minutes of my 24 hours I'll live." That's called dedication yalll

    At first I wanted to set the goal for a week, but now I'm gonna push a full month aka 30 days!!

    Day 11: ✅️ THE BURN NEVER STOPS, THE BURN NEVER GOES AWAY, THIS WORKOUT NEVER GETS EASIER I JUST GET MORE USED TO IT 💪💪🫶🫶❤
    Day 12: ✅️ I hope this can be helpful to someone as I've been doing this, please do a lot of other stretches before and after doing any workout(s)!!! Really helps to do another day of working out

    I'm not gonna measure myself but I'll continue doing this until I see a visual change in my belly

    Day1: ✅ forgot to do some relaxation stretches and no pain so far
    Day2: ✅ did a little bit of after stretch and oh damn after 4 hours of the workout my stomach started hurting soooooo baddd like I couldn't even lay down properly 😭
    Day3: ✅ felt so good my stomach stopped bloating as much but it still bloats tho
    Day4: ❎ Unfortunately, i couldn't do it. i woke up late and had to take a test. I thought of doing it in the evening but my stomach was too full
    Day5: ✅ feels good
    Day6: ✅
    Day7: I felt bored so I did kazuha's 11 lined ab workout instead

    Okay I stopped updating because I stopped doing this for more than a week because my entrance exams and all but right now I've been doing this from a week I don't see any physical change (because my belly is big and I'm not following any kind of diet and only limiting my sugar intake) but apart from that my absence feel SOO GOOD which is a sign that soon I will be achieving my goals! I love how this exercise is improving my core strength and I will update soon!
