Pretty good work out, until that last roll up 😅. Gotta keep working on that core strengthening. 💪 I’ve been doing Lilly abs as an add on workout since March 2024, along with my Pilates and healthy meal plan, and since have gone down 2 pant sizes. 🎉 I’m gonna add this series to my choice Lilly ab workout rotation. 🥰 Thank you Lilly for sharing great techniques.
