I love how you're constantly reminding us to keep the correct form. If i havent done something before, it's really challenging to coordinate my body well and make sure my spine is safe through using good core form. the reminders make sure that im not forgetting to do that
I'm going to try pilates for the first time , working out , doing cardio has never really worked for me , but I hope pilates do work….hoping to come back here on a daily basis.

I'm so glad i found time for doing this particular one workout. I go around trying anything that gets recomended to me and I often get frustrated over jumping variations or the creator butchering the stance/posture just to show their leg higher etc. This was thirty minutes of an absolute bliss and just the right amount of challenge that left me feeling very strong and capable <3
