[Music] [Applause] thank you hello everyone welcome back we’re going to begin by starting in a nice comfortable position whether that be cross-legged or on your knees we’re going to take some nice deep breaths together so inhale bring the arms up exhale to Heart Center [Music] foreign [Music] relax the hands down by your sides we’re going to circle the shoulders backwards and forwards [Music] take an inhale up as you exhale right hand comes behind your back left hand touches the mat and you’re going to lean the head down to the left stretching out that neck [Music] and other side inhale up exhale left hand comes behind the back foreign take another inhale up as you exhale you’re going to twist the body placing the hands in the front and the back of your mat standing sitting up nice and tall and other side taking a nice big inhale foreign coming back to Center from here we’re going to stretch forward so stack your right foot or your right leg on top of your left so they’re nice and flat and you’re going to walk yourself down keeping your back nice and flat [Music] foreign [Music] walking yourself back up slowly switching legs in front [Music] foreign [Music] ly walking yourself back up we’re coming into tabletop we’re going to do some cat and cow stretches foreign [Music] coming back to a neutral spine you’re going to tuck the toes under press yourself up into a downward dog from here send the left leg up keeping the hips Square and step it through hands on either side of the foot into a lunge [Music] foreign the left hand on the inside of the foot and walk that foot outwards a little bit and we’re going to lift the left hand up and twist [Music] left hand comes back down and lifting the right opening up to the front [Music] hand comes back down to the mat walk the foot back to Center hands on either side of the foot and drop that back knee down [Music] [Music] from here send the hips back stretching the left leg and you’re going to flex the left toes so they are pointing towards the ceiling coming back into a lunge tucking the back toes under stretching the back leg [Music] moving into a plank and back into your downward dog [Music] from here send the right leg up this time foreign step it through into a lunge hands on either side of the foot [Music] right hand comes inside of the foot walk the right foot out a little bit lifting the right arm up to twist [Music] [Music] and coming back down lifting the left arm foreign [Music] back to center walk the foot back in hands on either side dropping the back leg down [Music] foreign the hips back flexing the right toes to the sky [Music] [Music] and coming back to a lunge stretching the back leg from here you’re going to move into a center position so feet nice and wide hinging at the hips keeping the back flat stretching out those hamstrings foreign coming down on your back you’re gonna bring the knees into your chest and give yourself a nice big hug pressing your lower back into the floor and from here toes to one wall fingertips to the other stretching out nice and long foreign and one more time bringing it in [Music] and stretching it out [Music] from here you’re going to bring your right leg into your chest foreign [Music] and let the right knee fall open to the side [Music] bringing it back to Center and you’re going to bring it all the way across the body extending the right arm looking towards the right fingertips good coming back to Center hugging that right knee to your chest and releasing that leg bringing the left leg in let that knee fall to the side bringing it back to Center [Music] I’m bringing it all the way across the body extending the left arm looking towards the left fingertips [Music] [Music] [Music] slowly coming back to Center bringing that left leg into your chest once again [Music] and bring the right leg into your chest give yourself another hug and from here we’re going to move into happy baby pose you can grab your big toes you can grab the bottoms of your feet whatever feels good and let those knees sink down into the mat just letting those hips release [Music] good we’re going to slowly roll up into a seated position you’re going to extend the legs out in front of you we’re going to come into a forward fold you can have your legs stretched or if you want this to be a little bit more of a relaxing stretch you can bend the knees and extend those fingertips as far as you can towards the top of your mat let the head go [Music] thank you slowly walk yourself up coming back to that comfy seated position you’re going to clasp the fingers behind your head bring it in and open it up [Music] good coming back to a neutral spine position letting those arms relax just find a nice comfortable position you’re going to close your eyes and we’re going to take some deep breaths together to end off this stretch [Music] foreign foreign you can start wiggling your fingertips open up those eyes and that is it guys thank you so much for     This routine truly hit the spot today. I especially like the slow transitions from pose to pose. I am older and trying to move too quickly tends to cause injury. I know a lot of people like to jump around but with age I can't do that anymore. Thank you ever so much.
