    before I started shiydf I was 165cm

    after 2 months and a half almost now 169cm!!

    IT REALLY WORKS I'M SO HAPPY. I achieved this result by both using shiydf and doing regular streching exercises and I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE IT.! TRUST THE PROCESS 💛

    That was amazing!!!!! I had been looking forward to being able to do this relaxing exercise routine allllllll week and today (being Saturday) I did it and I have found my new Saturday exercise!!!!!
