    Hey guys. I’m getting a lot of comments that some of you are experiencing lower back pain when doing this. No, it’s not normal but it’s common if you have a weakness in your lower back and glutes. This area needs to be strengthened and can be done quite easily.     Hi Jenna, I'm a new mom and have been looking for something to help me get my old body back, this is honestly an awesome video, I feel a lot better after doing this 3 times in a row, I'm very enthusiastic and determined to see the end result after one week of this workout. If I'm not were I wanna be ima continue this 3 times a day then drop down to once a day after I get were I wanna be. Thank you so much, much appreciated

    I,really,want to do this properly I can’t tell,if your bum is on ground or lifted or if you have a cushion underneath it x😊also I have sciatica will this help or worsen it thanks x

    Now everyone notices my legs thighs I’m getting good at Pilates however my stomach I know it’s something I’m eating well one on one what should I not eat? ex: I love yogurt bananas almond milk cheese raisins bread on occasion cabbage eggs 🥚 throw away yellow fruit 🍎 black tea beans oatmeal every morning grapes to start

    It will be so helpful if you could redo this video showing a front and a side angle. I’ve been doing this routine 3 days in a row now, but my position to the wall must be wrong as it starts to hurt my lower back. I would have watched it more if it didn’t hurt me…
