    will do this every day until i get to my goal and always update. my overall goal is to be stronger and move my body better. to note: i am trying a strict diet, eating clean, and also exercising in other ways. this is for my own accountability to stick with it 💗 just always wanted to try pilates 🥺

    day 1: couldn’t even get through the whole video without pausing every 3 minutes. really bad form but i did it!! i had to keep stopping during the leg workouts because i started cramping 😭
    day 2: i was able to get through the whole video without pausing this time and i felt so good about it that i did the whole exercise a second time. felt so good afterwards!
    day 3: i skipped because i only had 2 hrs of sleep and had to go to work today 😭 but i still ate good and walked 7k steps!!
    day 4: i did dance cardio for 30 minutes right before doing this and i noticed such a big improvement in how i danced and moved. i had more control over my body and i was doing the steps significantly better. my core was more stable and i know this workout is the reason!!! 💗
    day 5: i was going to rest today and just do yoga but ended up craving and eating chocolate throughout the day. i felt so guilty so i did this before bed and i felt so good afterwards! 😌 my form is getting way better in just the 5th day! i’m try my hardest to do it the way she does

    I see many people doing this during 30 days. I'll do it and write the finals results here.
    For indication, on day 1 I absolutely cannot do the full video without breaks between exercices (min 15 secs), abs are pushed to their limits and quadriceps too.

    Doing this 3x a week il update everyday: Day 1 : it was very hard and i struggled alot but i kept going.
    Day 2 : it was also hard and i was gonna just give up but i wanted to see results so i continued

    this an easy beginner-friendly workout that I do on days when I feel like not working out, although it's really easy compared to what I usually do, it gives me lots of positive energy and I always leave feeling more motivated, it's magical

    Trying this out for a month
    Weight :54 goal:49 waist:33
    Doing this workout + 5000 steps+diet
    Day 1 : ✅(it was pretty easy but the leg part and plank nearly killed me)
    Day 2: ✅ (absolutely literally killed me)
    Day 3 : ✅ it was pretty easy was able to execute every single move except plank
    Day 4 : ✅ can't believe I continued this.. It was nice

    doing this for a week to notice if i see a difference
    day 1 – it was pretty hard to be honest
    day 2 – did this with another workout because i felt really energised
    day 3 – only did this and it went pretty good, didnt lose any weight tho
    day 4 – did this and it was quick, didnt lose any weight tho: gonna try and eat healthy from now on

    Day 1 – Done! OMG- im so proud of myself!! I'm sweating so hard its so hot here where i live. And OMG my legs- this one 7:27 was the hardest for me but I'll get better with consistency hopefully
