Hey I don't know if I did the exercise wrong but my back aches more like I'm a 60 yr old grammar. My legs were shaking but not more than my lower back. Is it normal ??

Oh by the way!! My trouble areas are inner and outer thighs. Also, Would love to tone a little bit. I am a healthy woman in my late 40s and if you could give me a tip on how to reduce my tigh size without losing my booty. Genetically I have a round and nice booty but when I exercise I lose booty more than my thighs so my booty looks straight from the side which I am not happy. Is there any specific tips you could give me so I go back to round booty and losing thighs. Also, a great tip for toning the whole body. Thank you so much and looking forward to many more great exercise with you ❤🤗🙏🏼
