    Oh by the way!! My trouble areas are inner and outer thighs. Also, Would love to tone a little bit. I am a healthy woman in my late 40s and if you could give me a tip on how to reduce my tigh size without losing my booty. Genetically I have a round and nice booty but when I exercise I lose booty more than my thighs so my booty looks straight from the side which I am not happy. Is there any specific tips you could give me so I go back to round booty and losing thighs. Also, a great tip for toning the whole body.
