[Music] [Music] just [Music] a [Music] [Music] [Music] ah [Music] all right [Music] [Music] all right so another chest bicep video going down today and I started off with the pec deck and I ran that for two top sets I did a bunch of warm-up sets I think I did solid three or four but especially for the first movement of the day I’m might take my time really try to get like a peak contraction a nice squeeze feel the blood rush rushing into my chest and uh the best way to do that is just to warm up a bunch um and I’m not trying to like over strain myself but it does prime me really well for the uh the top sets um of that movement so two top sets try to get 12 I did 12 on the first one I think I got to like 9 or 10 on the second second so um usually when that happens I’ll tend to just drop the weight by about um probably I don’t know 60% so um put on about like I think it was like 180 and uh I just did as many as I could my chest was still fried only got probably three or four solid reps out of that and a few partials but it just gives you a little bit extra if you do fail on that top set it just feels really good and uh it’s a great way to cap off that first movement and I did start with that instead of the Prime Press today just because I found that when I do start with the prime press my uh my chest gets a little weak I really want to focus on the dumbbells here today so um hopefully we’re going to push a decent amount of weight I’m here now warmed up with the 60s and I’m working way up [Music] so [Music] e a [Applause] [Music] okay all [Music] right [Music] so it’s like almost 10:15 and should not have taken a lot of pre-ot they take a lot of pre I just wanted to have a good workout but I’m having one of those late night pre thoughts and I’m sure you’ve seen the Apple goggles like the VR goggles that people be wearing where you can see the real world but you can also see see like the computer screen and you can like operate it and everything and it’s just so interesting to see where the world is going to go within the next 10 15 years because technology used to be an escape from The Real World and now the real world is the escape from technology and with I don’t know with AI and just like everything else that’s coming out and just how people are communicating and just like it’s so interesting and I’m almost like I don’t think I would ever put those goggles on because a small part of me I feel like I would like it and I don’t want to get roped into that like I don’t want to I don’t want to be the one of those people that turn into a zombie that are either like I don’t know people just get glued to screens like your your phone’s enough but you also have an iPad and a computer and now you’re wearing these goggles like people are going to be wearing these goggles while they’re on their phone while they’re doing some [ __ ] on their computer so that’s three screens you’re looking at and like one that cannot be good for your eyes so like within 50 60 years when people are ret turning you know just about that age it’s going to be so scary to see all the health problems and just how people are addicted to that blue light and I don’t know bro I even saw a video of people out on a date and they’re wearing these goggles and instead of talking they’re just like scrolling at nothing in the air and it’s just so like humans are so [ __ ] weird but I don’t know let me hit this real [Music] [Applause] quick [Music] [Music] a [Music] [Music] [Music] you [Music] [Music] 3 [Music] [Music] 3 1 3 that’s come On’s go come on let’s go get in it get in it come on let’s go come on keep going control the come on come on let’s go keep going keep beating let’s go squeeze your muscle let’s go stay in it stay in it for control let’s go good good control down good hold it hold it good come on good squeeze come on Make It Count okay [ __ ] get up all right so just wrapped up with biceps there and I usually like to split up I’m say I’m doing chest and biceps I like to split up I’ll do all my chest movements in the beginning and then uh the second half would be biceps uh I just feel like sometimes if I do a chest workout and then a bicep workout I can’t really get back into chest after I do that bicep workout so just to um just to make sure that doesn’t happen uh I’ll usually just fire through chest and then biceps but for the biceps I switched it up a little bit um I did my typical dumbbell curls and then um something I usually do is I hammer curls right after uh my dumbbells so going into the set I know that I’m doing like a regular dumb dumbbell curl but once I hit mechanical failure I’ll turn my hands like rotate them so it’s a neutral grip I’ll just fire out some hammer curls because that movement is easier on the bicep so you can get probably like another solid five or six reps um and it just feels really good you get a nice squeeze with that and then I went over to the Easy Bar curls and that is just he feel so much with that I uh I try to keep the weight the same throughout and really just get a decent number of reps but by that time I I my my biceps were fried from that first set of dumbbell curls because I just really I rode that out because it felt good um but did that and then finished up with those little um like strict curls I don’t even know what you call it I saw Arnold do it so call it like an Arnold curl or something but for those you really want to keep your your pinkies up and really twist the wrist as you’re uh coming up just because that’s when you get the peak contraction and it just blows your bicep up it feels so good and uh yeah overall that was a really good lift my chest felt really good biceps felt really good and uh by the way the comments in the last video I don’t know what happened um but for some reason they kept turning off so if you can help me out drop a comment on this video and then go to the last video drop a comment there and uh just Spam the likes um really trying to pump the YouTube algo so that was the chess day and I got back at like probably 12:30 1:00 in the morning I showed it to my house and it’s just you know I got to be in bed by at least 10:30 11 because I have a whole morning routine and if I don’t uh if I don’t get that done it kind of throws my entire day off and there’s some really important parts of that morning routine that uh that have helped me a lot just throughout my day um first thing fast cardio I feel like is one of the most important things to me even though um it’s a [ __ ] and half the time I don’t want to do it in the morning uh I do drag myself to uh my little apartment gym and I like to get at least 30 minutes on the stairs uh just because it’s something really hard in the morning that you’re doing so I feel like if you take one of the harder tasks and complete that as soon as you wake up it’s going to just put you in this mindset that is going to help you accomplish things uh throughout the day as well so since you start off knowing that you can get something hard done you can go about your day doing all the hard stuff too um and it’s just like it’s obviously it’s good for you too but uh another part of that um before my fasted cardio I do have a cup of coffee and I do nothing for about 10 15 minutes and I just really enjoy that time I call that like my me time um I’ll just drink my coffee stare in space think random thoughts and some times I won’t think about anything I’ll just clear my head and it’s just a really good um it’s not meditation but it is a great way to de-stress just like sit there do absolutely nothing and you know just exist and it’s a great feeling if you have never done that I really really recommend trying it it just it puts you in a really good head space for the day ahead and uh with the cardio on top of that you’re just doing something to benefit yourself so it’s just great but yeah that’s my whole morning routine if I don’t get that done my whole day is kind of just messed up and uh it’s either delayed like um I usually like to get everything done by 10:00 but if I’m starting at 10:00 obviously I’m going to uh I’m going to be pushed back and all my meal time is going to be off and you know everything is just going to be out of whack so I really like to get to bed early but so I saw something as soon as I got home and it read something along the lines of the world you see is the world you create and it pretty much deals with your perspective of life and that determines whether you’re a happy person or a negative person and if you go about your day always finding the bad in things you’re going to have a very very negative idea of the world but if you can find the good and even the bad scenarios you’re going to be much happier and you’re going to enjoy life like a lot more than you would if you were always picking out the bad and I think that is so important because there are so many different times in your life where you’re going to face some some sort of hardship whether you get fired from your job you fail a test or I don’t know you even get like kicked out of school something as bad as that if you’re able to view it as like a new opportunity opening up or if you’re able to see it as some sort sort of like learning curve you’re just going to even though it sucks in the given moment you’re going to better yourself for the future and I feel like that is the most important tool in life is being able to see um see how you can grow from every situation and you know I feel like the best learning tools are the bad things in life so it just like it opened my eyes a little bit and uh it just you know it was late so I got into my uh I put my thinking cap on that usually happens at night and it’s just you know once it starts it doesn’t stop but uh yeah it just you know it’s just better it’s better to be happy in life so you don’t want to waste your time here being negative but I’m about to pull up to Publix I have to get some food you know got to eat you got to grow you got to do all the necessary things to get bigger and this is one of them so I will see you guys in the next video but um I forgot to
