[Music] [Applause] all right welcome back we have another R day and I realized that I’m through workouts into exercise and I haven’t said jack [ __ ] to the video and you know it’s just one of those days it’s been a hell of a week we got everybody got taxes they got to pay got other bunch of [ __ ] going on moving it to a house and that has been so stressful I’m really excited about it but this is like you know this is some grownup [ __ ] like I was looking at the price of a couch the price of a couch bro like it’s expensive got to buy a couch a mattress I never in my life stressed about buying a dining room table and chairs until now and you know like I said that taxes you know relationship stuff with friends and other people and just it’s been a crazy week and to be honest like uh moo was just saying a stress mind is not a creative mind so that’s why we’re keeping little low lowkey today so we got legs here though and uh this is I think this is the second top set maybe third um I can’t even I can’t even remember basic stuff at this point but I’m about to jump into here probably I want to get you know solid 12 to 15 something like that it’s a little bit lighter weight but um I went heavy last last session so dropped it down a bit Yeah another leg [Applause] [Applause] day [Music] oh [Applause] okay oh got a bunch of sweat in my eye but even with all that [ __ ] that I was just saying all those stressors that you can’t really control the one thing [ __ ] bro that’s a lot of sweat the one thing you can’t control is being on top of your training following your diet and getting your cardio in so even if you got to pay a stupid amount of money in taxes the one thing you can do is go the [ __ ] to the [Music] gym [Music] [Music] [Music] I [Music] a just hit a wall with [Music] that [Music] [Music] okay [Music] feel [Music] okay [Music] a [Music] [Music] hey all right so check the hoodie real quick little young down the side of the arm nice big Hood uh this is dropping March 26th code Von super comfy absolutely love it um their shirts uh I think their shorts hoodies obviously and then kind of like crew necks and like joggers that match really good sets but um back to it overall really good leg day cannot complain and I did switch it up a little bit I went for a different rep range and like different weights in general so I went a little bit lighter this leg day where I’m usually doing like 6 to eight rep range where I’m failing at rep 7 or 8 uh but this day I did more of like a 12 to 15 rep range where I’m failing at the last couple reps so just overall I felt Not only was my mind muscle connection a lot better but the control of the movement the control of the weight was just it was on point it was so much better compared to doing like you know if I were to load the hack Squad up with like six plates something like that five six plates um the last reper two I feel like I’m just using everything I can every Bounce Energy and every tendon every muscle of my body to get the weight up rather than being able to just Target one specific muscle so I think going forward the majority of my leg day movements are going to be a little bit lighter I’m still going to do you know a heavy hack here and there heavy leg press here and there but overall I think this style of training has really been helping me grow because I feel I feel it bro like the next 2 days days next 3 days I’m like viciously sore compared to like a heavier leg day where I’ll be sore for the day of and then afterwards I don’t really feel anything so um I just really like this I think for my body bro it’s what I need because right now my legs are pretty small and I got to bro they got to grow a lot so you know I’m just going to start switching things up and if you’re having trouble with uh seeing any sort of progress with lifts your phys physique just growth in general I think you might you might need to re-evaluate uh either like your diet or your training style um because you should be seeing progress um and you obviously got to be in a bulk but I think that’s what I’m going to do and for like a chest day or a back day I’ll probably keep it a little bit heavier just because like naturally I have a lot better my muscle connection with those body parts but you know for like my legs and my shoulders is it’s not there and I’m actually going to hit shoulders right now I just had a little pre-workout banana and that’s something I get before every single workout I’ll get a banana and I usually get uh somewhere between like 180 to 225 gram of rice um just for my carb Source before my workout have a little bit of fats a little bit of protein and you know that’ll keep me going throughout the entire lift and you know my preworkout meal and my post-workout meal I usually feel really good with like just my diet in general because it’s the most food that I’m getting out of the day just because that’s the time where I’m spending the most energy so I’m chilling with that but when it comes to like meal 5 and six or even my my breakfast meal it’s just so light and I’m actually starting to get hungry now I’m not bulking anymore if you didn’t know but uh I’m cutting down a little bit and I’m starting to feel hungry and bro the the amount of times that I’ll go on like a night walk or something because that’s what I’ve been doing that every single night bro and it’s been helping my Sleep Quality like a lot and I’ll just do like like 1,500 steps something like that quick like 10-minute walk but not only does it pull you away from your screens but I feel like just being outside right before bed it like the fresh air you know the nice open space it just clears your mind a lot and you can just but you don’t even have to think about anything just exist and walk and you’ll be chilling like you’ll be sleeping good um that’s something I’ve been doing I’ve been wearing blue light glasses and uh that’s been helping a lot too because I feel like one of the biggest things with uh at least seeing progress is your is your rest time so sleep is the biggest part of that if you’re not sleeping well your rest is going to be horrible so make sure on top of that but back to the um back to the story so I’ll go on these night walks and my apartment complex is like right in the it’s like a hub of just fast food or just like restaurants and we have a Chipotle a cover a PDQ which is like a chicken place a Wawa which is just like probably the goated gas station food um what else is there pen Express Starbucks Duncan Burger King I don’t I don’t even know if anybody eats Burger King but I guess if you want Burger King is there and I’m just so tempted at this point when you know like I I was saying meal 5 and 6 I’m starting to get a bit hungry so at this point on my walks I’m like very tempted just to stop by and like look at everything and then I feel like I’m about to pull the trigger where I’m actually going to go in and be like you know I kind get number five something like that so I’m so happy that I’m moving I’m moving to um actually actually get in a house and if you didn’t watch the next Vlog I’m like [ __ ] I feel like I’m adulting now which is weird bro um like I’m stressing about buying a dining room table so um I’m so happy bro I’m getting out of that environment and I truly believe you are a product of your environment and you know if I were to stay there I’ll probably start to crumble because I have this mindset just kicked in where I’m like you know what just go get it go get that burger go get that food um but just everything else too bro like if you have a clutter department and you’re seeing yourself as just like a dirty messy person I feel like one of the best things you can do is get out of that apartment and set a new standard for your new place where you tell yourself you’re like you’re a clean person and you keep everything clean and bro I promise you it’s going to change a lot about the way you view yourself and just the way you view life in general because when you have a cluttered space you have a cluttered mind and one you’re not going to be created and two you’re going to be stressing all the time because you know you have to get this stuff done but you’re just putting it off because you don’t want to do it so um if you’re having like any sort of trouble with I don’t know what the [ __ ] this was um if you’re having any sort of trouble with you know uh changing changing something like a changing a negative uh aspect or something you view as negative about yourself or you know if you’re doing something that you feel like you just got to quit or something like that one of the best things you can do bro is just get out of that space get out of that environment and one of the most relatable things for like I guess like early not early like young adults teenage or something like that there are so many times where back home I’ve never I’ve never been in into Vapes I never really Vaped and all my boys Vape well they will go out they’ll drink and then they’ll be feing for Vapes they don’t Vape before they get into a bar before they get into a club or something like that but as soon as they take a sip of something they’re like feing for a vape so the best way to avoid that is to just not go out and you can pretty much see that with any aspect of your life where if you’re putting yourself in a in a specific situation which makes you act a certain type of way just don’t go to that spot get out of that environment and it’s only going to better yourself so yeah anyways I got to take a little bit of pre like I said we got shoulders today and this is the environment that I want to be in because this betters me and I just [ __ ] love to drain so I’m going take some pre and I’ll see you guys in there [Music] I don’t love you [Music] anym [Music] all right so the audio might sound audio might sound a little shitty cuz we don’t have the DJI little mics we have run the shotgun right now but just got in here star soldiers and I usually run either one or two L Rises the entire shoulder day I usually start with the dumbbells and then probably halfway through even towards the end off like a cable R cable cuff something like that but contract to what I said before about going up lighter shoulders are feeling decently good today my muscle connection is there so when it’s there I’m going to try to do a little more weight than I usually do if I don’t have that connection um so bump up the 30s here and then I’ll probably jump into a press after this [Music] [Music] so [Music] [Music] I [Music] got [Music] [Music] oh so with legs yesterday and the shoulders today cheat meal tonight 100% And even though this is a day late I want you to have some sort of cheat today so I’m probably getting a burger or something tonight or depending on where we go might be something a little Italian Mexican something like that but the goto is usually a burger what I need you to do right now is we’ll finish the video first then you’ll get a burger after and then go watch another video while you’re eating that burger but right now finished with the presses felt pretty good worked out to a heavier weight and shoulders are feeling overall good can’t complain no tweaks no nothing um as of right now knock going to Wood but uh W get up to 110s did that for I think I got it for like solid N9 or 10 you fact check me on that but uh somewhere around there ran that for one set and you know typically with a movement like that where I’m not 100% comfortable with it because the likelihood of me getting injured on that is very high because I’ve been injured on it before I try to stick to like one set one top set max there so after that I dropped it down to 9s and I think I got 17 18 there and obviously moving on now back to um we’re doing the upright rows again uh but this time we’re going to do upright row with a kind of like a front front belt press I’m not too sure how to how to name that but you’ll see it you’re going to run little 3×3 three sets of upright rows and then three sets of the presses and back to the back it’s going to fry you the your DT and the front part this whole front portion is just going to get all blown up I’m going to have to drop the weight when I move into that front press I feel like would to be able to go a lot heavier on the upright roads compared to the the Press so I’ll probably stick with a 60 for the pressing and just work my way up for the the [Music] Roop [Music] are usually do
