[Music] all right I have literally two or three bites left of my meal um I’m eating in the gym party lot I don’t know why I’m eating at the gym but it just played out that way today so I’m rocking with it and we have legs so I might throw up I might not throw up but 300 G of rice 180 g of bison and this is my fourth meal but yesterday I stepped on a scale I was 209 and I’m not a mathematician I’m not that good at math um but today I woke up 206 lb I did miss one meal yesterday but meal typically weighs probably a little bit less than a pound so if you can explain to me or give me some sort of equation that shows why I dropped 3 lbs last night I’d really appreciate it just throw it in the comment section um but that’s where we’re at so today I’m stuffing my face full food I’m probably going to get post-workout cheat um probably going to be five guys but we’ll see we’ll see how I feel after their legs and I’m not sure if I said this ready to be honest my brain is like absolute [ __ ] mush uh stress levels have been super high and my stress Outlet is like not really there right now so I usually go on Mental Health walks but been hot as [ __ ] in Florida and the mosquitoes are just like [ __ ] this big and there’s so many of them so I just haven’t been walking um but like I was saying not sure if I said this already but Collection 3 from blank just dropped today if you ordered already really appreciate you absolutely love you if you haven’t go check it out super dope stuff uh three shirts Four Shorts Keers but look what I’m saying we got legs today and I’m taking this time in the parking lot planing out the session cuz I’m seeing this area fill up with cars and I know it’s going to be absolutely [ __ ] mobbed in there so it’s typical for 5:30 on a Wednesday but I’m making the best use of my time right now so actually bro I can’t even plan this out because there’s gonna be so many [ __ ] people in there we’ll just I’ll I’ll wing it I have a general idea on what I’m going to do hamstr girl leg extension probably hip press potential pendulum rdl’s Cals sounds about right but I’ll see when we get the get in there I don’t know how crazy it’s going to be but we’ll check it out um but yeah I’m going to finish this up and I will see you en oh [ __ ] the loneliness came back worse than I remember I don’t get it I know I’m doing the right thing you have to see that and what is this why do I some de inside even with so of isn’t help I don’t know what to [Music] do what’s wrong with me all right so we got leg day today and I haven’t done legs in maybe week week and a half uh deal with a few knee issues but we’re back at it feeling pretty good today and this past weekend I went a little overboard we’re about four or five weeks into the bulk and I was good a solid streak no trash food but this past weekend that uh T was definitely turned on that we had natural Hot Chicken we had Burgers we had just greasy ass food pizza literally Everything Sushi whatever you name I probably had it this past weekend and you don’t really realize how much it messes with your mental and physical until a few days after it feels great in the moment but those next days were they were rough mental Clarity was trash I felt super sluggish and looking back at it now I wish that I limited myself to one cheat meal and I just had you know preps food the rest of the time or I would have been a lot better with just like Chipotle or Cava or something rather than the food that I was eating uh but we’re back to it the leg day and we’re about four no maybe three days post trip I’m starting to feel good finally so uh like I said leg day today run the hamstring C really pinning it on that top portion of the movement or at least the most contracted so when your calves are near your ass really squeeze that you get a great connection but ran a few sets of this maybe two two three top sets did adductors to warm up and overall feeling good a lot better than a few days ago [Music] [Music] you mind me and me when I was younger depressed and Sullen matter of fact Tred to kill myself a couple of times could get that [ __ ] right I hated myself man still do but that [ __ ] was a weakness a long time then I realize that [ __ ] was my power people walk around act like they know what hate moves n no one does until you hate yourself a truly hit yourself best power all right so bodybuilding is probably one of the most boring sports that you could probably do day in day out it’s diet training proper rest and there’s so many different things that you really just got to be super in tune with to be successful just overall and looking at it now especially this past weekend Nashville is probably the party capital of the country like Broadway has [ __ ] tens of thousands of people a night just walking around different bars getting drunk and I’m so happy I chose this lifestyle compared to that because if you ever question something sleep on it and wake up the next day and reevaluate I did go out I had a few do drinks and the next day I regreted every sip but every time I go to sleep every time I do cardio every time I have a meal a proper meal you know I look back at it and I am just overall happy that I chose that because I know that long term it’s going to put me in a lot better spot and if I put the at least I put forth that drinking lifestyle going out partying doing drugs I do that every single weekend every single day I know that within the next 5 10 years it’s going to Ru my life but I know that this this path is going to set not only me but if you’re into lifting if you’re getting to the gym even the basics for diet you know this is going to put you on such a better trajectory um it’s going to really just bring you where you want to be within next few year so um if you ever questioned something sleep on it and ask yourself where you want to be uh in the future and know most of the times you’re going to be happy with the choices you’re making [Music] okay all right so on to Le extension and this whole workout I’ve pretty much been going like quad hand string quad hand strring I think it was like quad quad or I don’t even know but I’ve been alternating a lot and with the knee pain I’ve been having really minimizes that and something that’s also really good is leg extension if you run super light at first and you gradually work your way up really Contracting at the top you almost like open your knee up even more I don’t know the [ __ ] signs behind it but it feels really good right now so running that and honestly with any movement that I’m really feeling a great contraction great stretch going to run it for more than that typical two tops that I do so this one I might run like three or four just cuz it feels really good and uh just work from there but pretty much all we got left is this and calves but they are feeling good [Music] [Music] yeah he [Music]
