like collection one shorts or something like that we’re going to I like collection 10 we’re going to give you something for free or something like that I don’t know but yeah all the nerves all the week um this week and then I’m going to try to build off that but just starting off light this first week is going to be 3 minutes post cardio like I said so the body temp is up a little bit I’m going to bring it down with the tub and I got a hot shower cooking so it’s going to be cold bro I’m [ __ ] I get nervous before this [ __ ] let’s see yeah bro that [ __ ] is [ __ ] freezing bro it’s freezing and I think I’m going to have to I’m going to have to take this into the backyard cuz she condensating quite a bit and I don’t want it to get moldy in here so [ __ ] I’m just procrastinating right now bro this just this just rough for the first week but you know somebody’s got to do it so ah I’ve got my phone for a timer holy [ __ ] [Music] all right so it’s like 3 or 4 hours after the ice bath and I’m still cold to my core like I had a coffee I took a 20 minute hot shower I went out and did stuff and bro I live in Florida too so like I’m out here I’m sweating but my internal temp I feel like it’s still really low but I feel so good after that like it’s definitely worth it and my mental Clarity has been so much better since I started doing the ice bath I think I only ran it like two or three times since getting it I’m still learning how to use the machine so the average St that I’m running is like between 38 and 42° I’m just trying to have like I’m trying to stay within that window like as cold as I can be or as cold as I can get it um just obviously for maximum benefits but overall bro I’m I’m loving it and my internal temp is about to go up because I’m housing a meal real quick I have 225 rice uh 165 chicken G and about like 25 G of almonds and this is a little pre-work meal so run a little back in chest today um I really need it the gym lately it’s just been like my Escape lately so um I I’ll typically run like a 2hour workout and just I’ll probably be there for 2 and 1 half hours um you know it’s it’s so good for stress relief I guess or something I don’t even know I don’t know the exact science behind it but it gets the endorphins flowing and like you just feel so good but I don’t think there’s anything better to train the back and chest like that’s Elite that’s Elite group or muscle group to train together so running that today and if if you’re posing for a picture or something bro you need a back in a chest bump so um overall this meal about to go down about to head to the gym and yeah um I just been excited for the gym lately so see you there he [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] all right so chesting back today start back so basically it’s back and chest but start off with that kind of just like a seated row I feeling like my upper back gets everything firing quick little quick little set there did uh I think it was like 3x 8 3x 10 something like that couldn’t even tell you but my adrenaline got [ __ ] spiked on the way here I was turning we driving the road and somebody was turning and almost T-Bone the absolute [ __ ] out of them um but but that got to go one so blood pressure is up got pre the system and yeah all is good also I just got the new new blank shirts for the next collection super hype for that um it’s going to be a cool one head out to Arizona for that actually next week and yeah it’s going to be dope but I’m going to run this little pull down here I like doing like a row then a pull down um and just today I’m I’m I usually go between like back and chest like each exercise but I’m going just fire through back and then fire through chest after that so yeah getting her [Music] [Music] done so with this when you’re doing each side so I’m doing obviously like unit lot ofal movement I’m going one arm at a time and um kind of like leaning into that side and I’m almost like tucking my shoulder down a bit because when you come back up on that stretch if you keep your arm kind of like Twisted in I guess it would be pronated I don’t know if this correct word but you can feel your lat literally just ripping apart at the top of the movement and you want to fire elbow down and back as far as you can and that’s going to be like the maximum contraction and then from that again you just want to [ __ ] try to get like I’m going to go slow on this next one I was kind of just firing through the other ones but really going to lock in with that negative and you know it’s just going to rip apart to get back on stage it’s definitely I do want to at some point my life I do want to hit like a pro debut I really can’t put like a timeline on it though cuz I’m trying to focus on so much other [ __ ] right now and I love bodybuilding but I don’t think it’s beneficial for me at all right now to get on stage so um yeah something I definitely want to do but I just I I don’t have like a definite
