personally have a set of 12s and a set of fives so two sets for sure because we’re going to be switching up the length of your levers and you’ll see what that means we’ll also be doing a little bit of weight over ya like this everybody ready [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] we are right here now I see some of you have really heavy weights you need to bend your arms or switch out your weights this is a long lever movement and you should have light weights for this who has ever torn their rotator cuff it is not fun friends [Music] I’m gonna hold on to my weights but you don’t have to so you’re gonna do a push-up and then you’re gonna rotate open up to the side you are welcome to do this with no weight and you’re also welcome to drop to the knees for the push-up let’s go it’s only 30 seconds I hope you warmed up if you didn’t warm up before you did this before you press play you need to pause go back and warm up and then come back okay good job buddy good get one more in least the push-up okay good now let’s go from the top so those are our four exercises here we go right here front raise option to Lunge it out I’ve got my right leg forward probably looks like the left to you stability side yet we’re gonna do some tricep push-ups next again right hand for me which hand did you do so take it down into a push-up position take your hands like this and when you descend keep your elbows tucked into your sides like this now some of you will be able to do this from your toes I’m not that some of you I tried just yesterday and my triceps said no I went like this and then I never got up again just gotta try though okay perfect come up without your waist turn your clothes out take your hands behind you and tap use the mobility that you have [Music] get the obliques right here so can your shoulders you’re bending slightly forward as the hips tip back your body responds tricep push-ups come on back chains elbows tucked into the side nice and solid from the front if you look right here at where my elbows are they’re all the way to my size they are not out here they’re right here and that butt should be down like plank position Shannon fire it up girl [Music] come on triceps can ways my bad okay because we’re gonna alternate sides [Music] so clearly you can’t have one arm up these weights are too heavy for that but I am still moving towards that pointed toe [Music] so my hips are let me show you my butt my hips are moving to the side here see that one more even it out and what’s next tricep push-ups here we go this is it team come on whoa whoa your pace shoulders down and back use your triceps you got this get up this is not a dictatorship where I’m dancing around not doing the exercises with you team I am doing it with you party one more one more come on get up with energy a little here here we go [Music] you guys ready for our final set yes I am [Music] so all the movement here is from the belly button up body tall body tall you got it isn’t this even burning the shoulders uh-huh you did it right then [Music] roll it up okay alternating arm press okay grab your heavies you can grab your lights there’s not gonna do that much for you okay here we go short set one alternate sides I like offset stamps hello shoulders good now we’re gonna do a rotating curl comes in at the bottom up at the top okay option to add a curtsy lunge alternating sides okay so just get the curl first rotate and curl and then you have the option to add that curtsy lunge [Music] the opportunity to work every angle of the lower body in this workout if you want it it’s up to you perfect take it down away okay take us down to your elbows and what you’re gonna do this is you’re just gonna drop one hip then the other I call these rainbows okay [Music] so you’re in plank position and you’re just dropping one hip then the other I need my towel I’m sliding how about you guys do that you got this even it out let’s finish it good okay now come up this time with one heavy weight round round one is learning round bring the weight up take it to sumo mini Sumo and go into the triceps right here [Music] three more that’s it good grab your other weight so those are the four
