[Music] I like the winner go back to the factory wheel [Music] [Music] [Music] you [Music] [Music] there all right so we’re back with we’re doing shoulders today I know we’re warming up with a little back workout here but notice that when I do have uh like some sort of upper back pump and this is probably the best machine to get it on when I do have that pump kind of sets my shoulder blades in place and it makes everything just nice and stable for when I do do later raises like I de with a lot of shoulder issues and tend to find that when my upper back these are like sloppy or I have like bad posture or just bad form in general it uh tends to tweak my shoulders a lot more than I’d like and just to keep that shoulder pain minimal uh I am warming up with this uh this upper back row so I don’t know seems to be helping um not too sure about uh the logistics behind it but I’ve noticed from personal use and personal experiments uh it’s definitely helped me out a lot so yeah like I said we got shoulders today um mainly going to try to do uh just Spam like Lou raises something crazy um and then jump into like one or two pressing movements get on with their day but I did have a nice Hefty cheat last night so I got a lot of got a lot of carbs in the system right now um and I’m feeling good so yeah should be a going today I’m excited for shoulders very excited for shoulders and we’re doing a bit of arm so it’s probably one of the best days you got 3 two [Music] [Music] one [Music] h [Applause] [Music] yeah [Music] oh [Music] [Music] three [Music] ah [Music] d oh all [Music] right that was the first time I did any overhead shoulder movement within the past 2 three maybe even four months and I was very surprised with the uh the mus the my muscle connection that I did have and also the amount of weight that was moving um little confidence boost a little I mean it’s not good to have an ego in the gym but when you do feel confident lifting lifting weights it definitely does help uh cuz you can just enter it and uh just have that killer mentality but I think I got a good just about 10 reps with the the 110s which is not a PR uh in the slightest but with my current state uh um of not doing that movement for a while just uh it’s something that felt really good for me and uh going forward uh based on how my shoulder Mobility is and how uh how they’re feeling I’ll probably incorporate that a lot more um just because that is something that I did miss I felt really good so uh moving over to a cable system we’re going to do some lad raises again and uh pretty much when I do find something that I that I enjoy doing or that’s feeling really good when I’m working out usually just ride it out and uh do a bunch of sets there and even though we did the dumbbells already this is something I’m having a really good connection with so I’m going to power through that a little bit but you guys have watched the old Vlogs uh within the past probably six or seven videos we did change up the style a lot and I’m really enjoying it and it’s bringing the fun back into making videos for me because now I like to watch my videos and before this whole switch up um I would watch but there would be some sort of disconnection because I feel like it didn’t really capture who I am as a person and with this new style being super cinematic and emotional and just all those pieces connected like it just it feels like me and it’s really nice watching something that portrays me properly uh because I do move on a day-to-day basis with like an emotional personality or just like a super chill um and kind of just like relaxed Vibe and I feel like with the music and just the style of video that we’re doing now uh it matches that perfectly so uh let me know how you guys been liking the videos in the comments right now um because I don’t know I’ve been loving them but always good to hear some feedback and uh you guys are watching them so you uh you know best but we’re doing a uh shoulder movement right now and probably going to do one or two after this because you can only do so many lad raises before you can’t even feel your feel your arms anymore so probably going to hit this one more bicep and then get out of here I’m kind of hungry it’s about Midway through the day and with that cheat meal last night I didn’t have too much food this morning cuz I was full but starting to get hungry now so get back to [Music] it [Music] yeah [Music] yeah ah [Music] w [Music] [Music] [Applause] oh [Applause] towards the end of that lift my uh my rear delt or my trap or my neck something on the the back side there uh upper back it uh just got twinged in the like a weird way and I usually do my rear delts towards the end of the workout and that is one of the major parts of the shoulder it’s what gives you that capped like Boulder shoulder look and uh just didn’t too much didn’t do too much of that just because I didn’t want to push it uh but I got just enough in and uh finished up with a quick super set a little rear delt bicep action never fails and uh just felt really good overall so that was a workout we’re going to go to the uh the office shortly after this so see you guys there so just got to the office and just had the post where got meal and as you can see have all my vitamins in front of me and this is what I did have for post to workout I had a shake with just about 300 gr of rice for carbs and a little bit of honey and it’s nothing crazy but it gets the job done and the protein’s really good um but these are my daily subs not everything because like I said I’m at the office so I don’t have everything on me um and two of the most important things that aren’t here is the aloe vera juice and apple cider vinegar that’s a shot that I take every single morning and it tastes absolutely horrible but there is a method to it um you got to take a deep breath in take the shot and then breathe out and then like inhale and exhale a few times and it kind of mitigates The Taste not completely but it takes away that like really harsh Edge to it so that’s the way to take it but the purpose of that is to get your digestion up to par like some days I used to like back when I didn’t take this sometimes it w’t even [ __ ] um I was just backed up and now that I take that with the glutamine this guy over here um I have a perfect [ __ ] cycle um I’m [ __ ] at least once or twice a day and it’s just like good digestion is like crucial for bodybuilding or just training in general because one you don’t want to be all stuffed up and like backed up when you’re training in the gym because obviously this going be really uncomfortable and two you need to have good digestion so you’re absorbing everything you’re putting in your body so it’s really important aloe vera juice apple Ceder vinegar is like the key for that um really helps and we also have vitamin D3 something I take on The Daily um I’m vitamin D deficient so it’s something I really need it’s good for immune uh immunity and it pretty much helps everything else in your body too so it’s it’s essential um we have the liver supplement which pretty much cancels out all the like harmful substances you put in your body um like if you’re partying drinking or if you’re taking anything else uh this really helps uh your liver health and it’s just something that’s really good for bodybuilders uh we also have the kidney supplement which is one of my favorite uh one of my favorite supplements from revive and there’s a bunch of good benefits to it um and there’s a bunch of great ingredients for those benefits but the main reason why I take it obviously other than Kidney Health is because um some days not every day uh people tend to wake up watery and I’m one of those people and this really helps uh mitigate that so it’s going to flush out the system make you not look as watery and overall it just makes me feel better throughout the day so that is another staple uh I take lipid for ch ch cholesterol uh support um and just overall health um so that’s another daily glutamine like I said that is the morning shot and this is sanine this is probably the god supplement in my eyes right now because I’ve had a really hard time with caffeine lately especially before the gym and sometimes even when I wake up and drink a coffee just the caffeine hits me way harder than it should and sanine pretty much takes away all of those adverse or just negative effects from caffeine so um the Jitters anxiousness all of that this really takes care of that um and like I said it’s something I take before the gym and instead of having a cranked heart rate where I can’t focus because I’m super anxious um just locked in focus on the lift and my free is doing what it’s supposed to do so this is essential and this is the fun stuff the vitamins are kind of the boring stuff um just the stuff nobody really cares about but are really important and these are the things that everybody seems to care about and they’re my favorites too so we have essential pre-workout this is the fruit burst the probably one of the best flavors tastes like kind of tastes like a Red Starburst and this is exclusive to Walmart um if you wanted to try this uh it’s raw’s essential for burst and there’s others on the website as well um codon and codon for everything else but uh this is one of my favorite PR uh 200 milligrams caffeine El citrine tyrosine tyrosine is great for Focus um sodium and pink salt which is great for a pump so this is something that doesn’t hit me too hard um especially with the sun um it’s just overall one of my favorite bre but I don’t have anything negative to say about that it’s just it’s the best breat and like I said before this is or this was the post-workout meal um and this is my favorite flavor of protein this is the birthday cake EOL it from raw and overall um it’s just protein and I don’t have much to say about that because it’s protein so if you want protein try the protein this is a great flavor uh like I said birthday cake there’s little sprinkle inclusions um some people call them jimmies but we have I think it’s 24 grams of protein per scoop 25 so overall really good and uh sometimes protein tends to back people up um but this coupled with the digestion shot uh my D my digestion is still really good so these are the majority of the supplements that I take and another thing that I do take uh two other things that I take is fish oil um that’s another daily supplement and I also take turmeric turmeric however you say it um and I don’t even really know why I take that but it’s my plan so I take it antiinflamatory it’s an anti-inflam so uh I guess that with the kidney is a good way to reduce swelling and flush your body out of water and uh yeah these are the daily STS take pretty much take all this stuff in the morning and this is pre and post-workout so not too much of a complicated stack but uh there’s a bunch of supplements that either like you should be taking uh obviously it varies from person to person obviously based on health problems or just just overall health in general um some people need to take a heart supplement or something else um I’m not taking that currently I’m sure I will take that eventually but uh if you do have a few questions or concerns about who you are taking um revive is
