[Music] [Music] [Music] yep [Music] all right welcome back we’ve got a little post theat chain day so back a little bit hamstrings and I think I want to run a little bit of triceps too depending on how I feel at the end but I’ll probably cap off with an exercise or two just to get the pump going head to Nashville this weekend and there’s a little Expo out there but what I didn’t know is that there’s the Country Music Festival so breaking out the cowboy boost for a little bit might step out might not but I just got back from a little vacation went to the Bahamas for uh a birthday and been back for about like a day or two but when I was there I just I ate whatever I wanted to eat and it felt so good to take it was like 3 days where I didn’t track anything I did my cardio um and I got my steps in so it was pretty easy though just walking here into the beach whatever um it was just really easy to get some movement in and uh when you’re away that’s just the biggest thing you want to at least get the cardio in some steps but back on track for like I said 2 days now and I just needed the break my body was beat up a little bit and even the mental after being on a diet for so long it’s kind of like you just get sick of it you want to you want a little breath of fresh air so it good to have that and it feels even better to be back now so like I said back hamstrings a little bit of triceps and crazy pump today already feeling it first exercise and it’s going well and I completely forgot to mention the collection two drop for blank is June 10th and I believe that’s like 5 or 6 days out so a little bit under a week and on I think June 9th we’ll have like the early access code and you can only get it through YouTube so the video after this one we’re going to have that so make sure you tune back in for that but bunch of heaters just drop three shirts uh we got a black a bone so like it’s kind of like a white color and then a cream one and then we have two rug shorts which are just they’re [ __ ] insane and then we have the collection two shorts which I like a lot better than collection one they’re like a cream color with the patches looks so good but um and we got the socks so super hyped for that and uh you know this one means a lot because this is the first collection where we’re donating to A Mental Health Organization uh June is men’s mental health month so from collection 2 to the entirety of all the collections we’re going to donate donate a percentage of the proceeds or the profits to different organizations um so just really excited to break into that and you know I’ve always wanted to build some sort of clothing brand but it’s just I think it’s dope that we’re building something with a higher purpose so like I said collection 2 June 10th and uh this is the start of something big so I really appreciate everybody who’s getting something from this collection and you know how bun of that money is going towards uh men’s mental health so so I want to run a quick little quick little Jersey swap you know yeah this is the the just a bad B um probably one of my favorites from the collection and uh no this is Young LA but super fire shirt [Music] too it’s got like the oh [ __ ] that’s crazy there’s like actual holes in I didn’t realize that but it’s a fire shirt [Music] [ __ ] that last one I went a little bit heavy and um Road movements I like to go as heavy as I can where I’m getting like six to eight reps and then wait like 10 seconds drop to like half the amount of weight and just crank out a set for as many as you can and for the first movement especially that’s going to get so much blood into your back and that’s when you’re just going to like feel pumped out of your mind so if you’re trying to get some sort of posing clip on a back day do a little little bit of arms to start run something like this and then you just have crazy [Music] pump he [Music] okay [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] all right so after every Ro movement I usually I try to get some sort of pull down and you know just keep pull down just feels weird but this feels amazing uh it has three different options to put the weight and I always throw it on the top rung because that’s when you’re going to get the most resistance is in the very beginning of the movement so when you pull down towards the end you could just get like a really nice squeeze but technically the start of the movement is still the same weight um but it just feels lighter at the end but I’ll run like two to three working sets here a little back off and then uh you know this is just this need Prime if you have shoulder issues or like just your bicep or something this feels really nice you feel it all on your lat nothing else and uh it just super super easy to to Target what you want to hit so um like I said two two sets here two three sets here and then uh probably might might have to take the tarp off soon got a nice little pump gone but overall you know that breakfast is going to work right now little eggs little rice always a good combo [Music] [Music] [Music] he first R I do like to go lighter on the second movement so since we were heavy on the first obviously going lighter here and then uh little reverse action for the pull down so going to go a bit heavier on the Next Movement but um I thought it was going to be hard to get back into training after taking a little bit of time off but I think it’s one of the one of the best things for your body and even if you listen to I think it’s Mike mener um talking about rest periods or just taking time off they would take like back in the golden ER bodybuilding days they would take like two weeks off and go back into the gym and you know they preach that it’s like the best they ever felt and I’m not saying you should do that where you work out one day and and then take two weeks off but I think paying attention to your rest days and actually um utilizing them I’m a person who like gets a rest day and they’ll end up going to the gym do arms or something but feel like if you end up doing that your body’s not recovering properly so um just utilize the rest of this cuz I feel [ __ ] amazing right now a [ __ ] that’s all we got in the tank that’s all we got left that was L I’m not even kidding that’s like set seven right there so nice little burnout [ __ ] seven reps eight reps but gets the job done [Music] Che [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] it’s [Music] [Music] all right barely got any weight on here but it’s heavy as [ __ ] bro just cuz the rear Del such a small muscle you don’t really need a lot until you tax it so I got 10 lbs on each side and it’s just I’m cooked right now [Applause] hey [ __ ] oh [ __ ] that’s see I got to work on bro that’s not good I didn’t even get a 10 right there the most simple [ __ ] like that like you know your dips your pull-ups that’s probably the most important [ __ ] cuz I feel the most connection with my back on that so I think I’m going to start doing every workout with a little bit of pull-ups and the worst thing is is that I’m not even bulking right now I’m like maintaining is kind of like fluctuating like I’ll be lighter one day a little bit heavier have a little cheap meal but um overall I’m like I’m maintenance right now not growing too much so I need at least 10 pull-ups bro at least I don’t know how we’re going to look but this is post vacation one meal today and you know some pre-workout a little bit of pump and obviously we’re hitting back so the front’s not going to be too pumped up but I think the back might have a little little juice is flowing through them so we’ll see this is a crazy shirt bro I love it little distress look on the front [Music] [Music] [Music] not too bad could be better but happy with [Music] it for [Music] [Music] oh oh run these some sweets some pretty good carbs and then I’ll probably run I think it’s chicken and rice there’s some really good ones they got Habachi and steak Bowl um which looks amazing they got sliders too bro I love Burgers so something like that is just amazing but I think I’m just going to keep it basic go with the chicken rice today and then uh yeah make some ters with it too but overall that’s pretty good workout and this is about to be a pretty good meal but we got the sweets this is the custom this is just chicken or rice but something I’ve been doing a lot is just getting plain chicken um and then I have these breadcrumbs glutenfree um so it’s it’s a little extra carbs I think one serving is like 23 g of carbs but I like to make chicken parm here and there so all you got to do for that bro you get a cutting board tenderize the chicken a bit dip it in the egg put the breadcrumb on it and then throw in the air fryer like I think for like I don’t know bro probably 15 minutes something like that a butterfly chicken cutlet with breadcrumbs and it should come out like crispy perfect get your mozzarella cheese low fat make sure it’s low fat um and a little bit of tomato sauce put the tomato sauce on the chicken sprinkle the low fat mozzarel on it throw it back in for like another 3 minutes and you’re golden bro it’s like the best chicken parm you’ll ever have in your life but make sure you get organic chicken and organic cheese but since I was just in Bahamas on vacation eating whatever the [ __ ] I want I’m going to keep it pretty clean for the next few days and I’m going away this weekend so I’ll probably have you know like chid your food then and when you’re natural you got to have I think they’re known for like barbecue or chicken or whatever it is so I might indulge a little bit but for now we’re keeping it basic um but it’s still really good so do like 200 sweet potato it’s about right 208 and then I have the best spice combination in the world which makes any food taste really good especially your chicken it almost tastes like rotisserie chicken you get this steak butter seasoning and then this is the main ingredient right here and it’s just gas I put this on everything the smoked paprika But first you spray it with a little bit of like olive oil avocado spray and the spices like mixed together bro it just it comes out so [ __ ] good so a little bit not too much cuz there is sodium in this so you don’t want to like OD but this there’s no sodium you can go a little bit crazy with it so do like coat them nice nice and well mix it up a little bit and we toss her in the air fryer so bro they come out amazing every single time and they’re good for you too so it’s even better I’m going do like 18 minutes and then I think I like 10 minutes let’s see how they are I don’t know how long they take but I do like them a little crispy a little burnt so know they’re just like sweet potato fries they come out amazing and if you’re trying to if you’re cutting and you just need some sort of like sweetness you have a sweet tooth or you just need sauce with your meals these new sauces are actually amazing there’s this called Ubie berries I think it’s like it’s supposed to be like blueberry but absolutely gas they have a peanut sauce which is amazing I’ll probably use this one but it’s bro it’s so good on chicken you can make like a little stir fry and it just comes out so good every single time but there’s a whole bunch of like whole bunch of different sauces um that just you know they tackle the Cravings so I’m going let that cook real quick and then I got to eat it bro but overall that was amazing amazing training session I think that was the best back session I’ve had in a while and uh my workout I’m not even going to lie they’ve been kind of mid lately before before the vacation so I think I just needed that you know sometimes like I was saying before your body just needs a little bit of extra time to rest and like recover so if you’re feeling run down or just like you don’t want to work out you go to the gym and you almost feel like it’s a struggle to walk in there or you’re just not enjoying your time I think you should take like two or 3 days off go get a burger chill out for a little bit and you know regroup within the next few days and then see how your workout is but um yeah mine was amazing today and I’m very sad come on bro why’ you that’s wild look how cute look how cute she’s adorable but look at this bro there’s always something she always gets super upset when I leave so did you tear up the box how’ you even get up there were you standing up chewing on the box that’s crazy that’s crazy that’s crazy why did you do that that’s wild and bro she all right so last I think like about a week ago she also chewed up the entire trim so I had to take it off and I just haven’t gotten a new piece yet but she’s absolute Menace she’s adorable but she’s such a menace sometimes oh what am I going to do with you what am I going to do with you what am I going to do with you nah she’s amazing though um but yeah I’m going to let this cook these are frying up for probably like another 10 minutes or so and the best thing about this you just got to put it in a microwave um and I’m a little weird about the whole plastic situation in the microwave I don’t know what it is it just freaks me out a little bit even though you’re like Tupper Wares or like even a plastic like this they say microwave safe but how the [ __ ] how the [ __ ] do you know that’s microwave safe like [ __ ] what are you going to test it like it’s plastic getting heated up so I’m weird I just put it in a little bowl and then uh then we move forward but if you’re in a predicament where you cannot have a plate or a bowl on you just get glass Tupper wees it’s like perfect for that but super easy and bro if you if you have struggle or if if you God damn I can’t even talk if you struggle with meal prep look how quick this was just already in a bowl and I’m about to eat it within like the next I think it takes like 3 minutes to heat up so instead of meal prepping everything it’s good to meal prep um when you’re on prep because you know exactly what’s going into your body but if you’re busy going to school going to work whatever it is and you just don’t have time it’s always good to have a backup of food just in the freezer chilling so so you can just grab it and run out the door but you know it when it comes to that stuff bro it’s so easy to just look past it and be like [ __ ] I’ll just get a burger or like I’ll get some sort of I’ll get Chipotle or I’ll go pick something up but at the end of the day you’re not sticking a plan with that so you know if you ever come across a situation where you’re like 50/50 about it or like you’re like oh I’ll get to it later especially with cardio meal prep um and just doing like the harder [ __ ] that you really don’t want to do every time you come across a situation like that if your mindset this is what I’ve been doing and it’s helped crazy amount but um if you ask yourself am I going to respect myself more or respect myself less if I do this right now or if I do it in general and you know 99% of the time you’re going to end up doing it because at the end of the day after you do something hard like that even if it’s not too hard like meal prepping it’s not hard but it’s just like tedious you don’t want to do it you look back at it and you’re like [ __ ] thank God I did that I feel so much better about it so it keeps you on track with everything and uh you just feel better so yeah I am [ __ ] starving though while I’m waiting for this food give you a little preview of collection 2 cuz just so it’s so clean I love it but we end up going to Arizona to like shoot get all the content and the um just the overall like environment out there this it was like the inspiration for the collection at least the colorways so here we’ve got the rug shorts with the blank on the front and then we have the little be right there but overall super clean looks so good with a khaki or like a cream colored shirt or even something lighter like a bone or a white and then we have these guys which I think these are my favorite I’m not sure if this is color accurate on the screen but it’s like a little bit of a green and then like a bone color so you know a green shirt or a bone color shirt will go amazing with this it also has the the blank on the front and we have one more pair of shorts and those are the collection shorts so they’re going to come with the patches you know more of like a designer type look feel but overall they’re just like these are so fire bro I love these but um the red rocks out there that’s the that’s the overall inspiration for the colorway on these and then there’s also like um just like rocks on the ground it sounds stupid but they look really cool um that was the inspiration for the it’s like they’re more like tan green you know different from the Red Rocks but overall they just look really good um and I think the food’s done so we got chicken and rice right here this is I think it’s just about 250 g of rice uh or 240 which is about like 75 G of carbs 40 g of protein from the chicken so it’s about 200 g of chicken and then I think I got another I don’t know how much 200 g of sweet potato is I think it’s like another 50 g of carb something like that so loading up right now and then uh yeah I’m going to just demolish this so super hype about these though so coming soon June 10th June 10th going to be a banger and we’re also going to end up doing uh like very like the drops are extremely limited as is but we’re going to do like a super super super exclusive shirt that’s more like high-end and like more designer so um it’s going to come out and it’s going to come out really cool but we’re working with uh a manufacturer right now to get uh different blanks um and everything we use is custom so these these shirts are going to be like topnotch super good material um so I’m super excited about that but hopefully we’ll get those out within the next you know one or two Collections and then we’re working on um some other really cool stuff too so uh we got some we got some amazing stuff coming out for the brand so this is this is just a start literally just a start
