    Team A 😅. I love both upper and lower strength workouts but its challenging for me to do lower workouts. I also realized i like lifting weights, and i like the burn feeling in my arms, shoulder, and abs compared to lower body. However, I wanted to do better in doing lower strength workout.

    I love this workout session and thank you for making these workout videos.
