well well well day 60 here we are ready to cross the finish line and celebrate together as a team I couldn’t think of a better way to wrap it all up than with an energetic no repeats strength and cardio workout we’re putting all that newly built muscle and that increased endurance to the test but with zero pressure of course all I want you to focus on today is having fun your body already knows what to do and you know what you are capable of so push aside any expectations or self-doubt even and just enjoy yourself today I know I’m going to be thinking of all of you during today’s session and using all that love and gratitude that I have for you to push me through that finish line so if you’re with me give this video a thumbs up and then follow along team because we are starting right [Music] now [Music] that’s it day 60 complete that’s actually pretty wild team 60 workouts I mean I know I’ve done it before and I know that many of you have completed my other 12 week programs before but I don’t know this one just it it hits a little different you know creating these program programs has been such a fun opportunity for me to share my experience and my training with you and it’s been such a pleasure to bring an incredible team of humans together from literally all around the globe I just think it’s really really cool that you all show up every day from your living rooms your gym your backyard and you press play and you get it done you do that you you push yourself you do tough things on hard days and you get it done and I’m just I’m just really proud of you guys for that and I want you all to remember that all the hard work that you’re putting in it’s probably inspiring someone else in your life a partner a friend a coworker your children so on the days moving forward that you’re just not feeling very motivated because believe me those days will always always show up knowing that your actions may be making a positive impact in someone else’s life I don’t know that that could be more than enough reason to keep going I know it is for me anyways so as always thank you for working out with me team I am beyond excited to have reached another huge milestone with all of you and I’m looking forward to working out with you again soon so go give someone a high five and go celebrate bye guys
