I thought its going to be easy or less challenging but it wasn't. However i feel good after but also feel so tired and needed to have more air and breathing. Thank you for these workouts it helped me to be more aware of my body and what parts of my body need more attention and exercise.

Last week I hiked five days in a row in the mountains of Arizona, and I thought of you with gratitude every day as I easily climbed up and down rocky terrain. It would have been a much different experience without your preparation. 🥰
omg, Heather, u killed my legs for today! 🥴😅just a lil sidenote: as the background is quite dark, and u r also using a balck yoga block, and this blurred into the scene. 🤐im following your workouts from a mobile phone, and since the screen is not too big, i didnt put a yoga block under my foot, so i restarted it again. 🤣 so next time could u pick a diff color that is having contrast with the dark background? 🤗thank u a lot! 😊

I think this may be the best leg day I’ve ever done. Absolutely loved the challenge! Chose my weights unwisely 😅 17.5kg for heavy lifts, but made it through! Gains 🙏

I almost died 😅
Heather, from the bottom of my heart I thank you for all the work you do❤ I have been an active person, a runner, my whole life, until this 2020 event happened and my life was ruined. I didn’t manage to do even simple Pilates, yoga, none of it, without overdoing it. No matter which plan or routine I tried I simply couldn’t get back to movement, exercise daily. Until I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition last year and, while I was broken at first, in one of the FB groups a member mentioned she is doing your low impact program and had no crash from it. I was eager to try it! Well, I not only did it but I managed to exercise with you since then, consistently for 3.5 months already. I can move again, I can feel my muscles, my body. I am eternally grateful to you! ❤
