the new home gym um and overall bro we had the grand opening for raw Athletic Club um this past weekend Saturday Sunday Monday overall went [ __ ] amazing really appreciate everybody that came out and even bigger appreciation for everybody who showed up wearing blank it’s just [ __ ] crazy to see um but overall super dope gem so trying to get used to like different pieces and if you if you go traveling you know and you go to a different gym you usually get a great pump but half the time you you can’t use the same weight cuz everything feels a little bit different and that’s where I’m at today so throughout the whole session I’m just going to be together you know piecing my workout see what working weights I can do even the dumbbells bro huge difference but got some chest actually pretty much just overall push that chest uh shoulders and triceps and you know my split has been a little like weird a little wonky the past couple couple weeks so just going to do push pull legs for the like next week or two and then after that I’m going to get on like a good like solid training plan so um as always starting off with the p deck [Music] [Music] so I sitting in between like two three sets on the peg deck and I went a little bit heavier I think I did like eight reps something like that half the time I just [ __ ] forget but I think if you go heavier anywhere between 8 to 10 go a little bit lighter 12 to 15 and best to finish on this I’m going to hit like one really quick set about 15 reps squeeze the [ __ ] out of it and uh just get on with the next thing but my chest is already full of blood which is like the main thing you want to do here is just get it nice and warm and one of the best things about this machine never used it before but the the pad on the back it’s a little bit lower so you can really open up like open up from your rib cage so you can get a huge stretch just all across your chest feels amazing so don’t overdo the stretch don’t [ __ ] up your shoulders but if you play around with it you can get that that wild stretch like I’m talking about [Music] [Music] in [Music] so being shorter there’s a lot of benefits um and you rarely hear that but when it comes to bodybuilding you can have less muscle than a taller person but you can look look a lot more like put together more aesthetic uh just because there’s less room to fill so that’s a plus but downside I can barely reach the bar so I’m like overextending my shoulders and it doesn’t feel right um and with this machine bro you can move the uh the bar holder like the hooks you can move it down but I’m going to just move the seat cuz I don’t want to take everything off but uh yeah but I haven’t really done barell bench in a minute like I did it I started doing it about like a week two weeks ago and it’s something I want to work work back up to uh because you look at Arnold bro you look at old training clips of that or him just like any golden ever bodybuilder a lot of the movements they’re doing are like incline bar movements so whether that be on like a free weight or a Smith machine something like that really just want to blow up my chest and I feel like to get like the outer outer boob like the outer tit this is a great great machine to do so going to start working it back in [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] we [Music] [Music] [Music] all right oh [ __ ] [Music] [Music] on [Music] a [ __ ] hey [Music] so I’m finally pulling the trigger on a bulk and we do it properly this time I’ve been like I haven’t even been cutting I’ve been just like maintaining for a minute now I’m just [ __ ] tired of it and I just want to get big so about to commence the summer bulk um it’s not going to be pretty but no it’s going to get the job done put on some size and uh every bulk that I’ve approached thus far coming off of a cut I did it the complete opposite way you should at the beginning I like I convinced myself that binging on just like a bunch of [ __ ] dirty bulk food like burgers Pizza whatever that’s going to get my Cravings out but you know I actually just like attached that food and that’s what I kind of like when I thought of bulking that’s the type of food that I thought I was going to have to eat so it just like it developed a super toxic negative head space around just like my relationship with food so this time and I highly recommend that if you’re about to jump into a bulk you just have like you have a meal like once a week here or there where you just eat whatever the [ __ ] you want maybe two meals a week but I don’t if you go more than 3 days I just like a binge GG on that it’s hard to come back from cuz you’re just going to like you’re going to tie yourself to that food and you know it’s just it’s difficult to break so starting it is the biggest thing once you set the standard you work from there and you can Implement like talk to me watch the video here and there I’ll prescribe a burger if you’re watching this go get a burger but you know performance it’s the one where we take out the caffeine and add 5 G of creativity [Music] you [Music] [Applause] [Music] it’s how you stay on track when you’re traveling you got to find it’s not even too basic bro it’s just you just happen to have rice and then I think it’s beef doesn’t really look like beef doesn’t taste like beef but they said it was beef so keep it simple get rice simple carb simple protein and just mucket you know that’s how you stay on track while you’re traveling it’s okay to like if you’re not follow a meal plan but um just choose the healthiest option but we’re in Nashville right now came out to the uh carbon event there’s like I don’t know what’s going on bro Jak H’s in there Brian Shaw it’s like a powerlifting um like Expo something like that but um popped out here for a little bit trained that carbon this morning super dope I’m also going to be out here in August I think it’s August 17th for the carbon opening so if you’re around make sure you come out say what’s up train it the gym if it’s open I don’t know too many details about it but um yeah just pop by it’s going to be a good time but um another super important event Monday June 10th blank drop so we changed up a few of the designs a little bit just so you know we we printed them they didn’t come out like how we wanted them so we made small design changes and they look BR they’re fire now so this is probably one of my favorite shirts we have and then obviously bro the rug shorts are just the rug shorts they’re amazing so like I said June 10th for that I think we might have a Early Access Link I think the boys might be going out tonight annual appearance got to eat if you do go out make sure you eat a bunch of food before drink a bunch of water that’s for it should be good but we’re natural coming it’s crazy all right so we had a quick two or three hours uh here in Nashville uh not doing much so we didn’t have any content for this shirt so we came to what is it called again pathon paron Pon say it paron we came to the paron and it’s like this ancient Greek looking building there’s hell bodies walk I still I get lowkey awkward so I’m going to just pause real quick cut every time I leave every time I turn the camera on just like body spawn out of nowhere like bro like there’s been nobody here the entire time um but we stepped out real quick to get some content for this um and you know just making the best of our time here so like I said we didn’t have anything for this shirt it’s a new design like super last minute changes and everything um but we’re here no um but yeah while you’re on vacation you still got to get your work done you still got to stay on meal plan that’s why you got to eat the best you can and when you have time even when you know you’re on vacation you should be getting something productive done so we’re getting this this knocked out real quick and then uh you know it takes 30 minutes to an hour out of your day but you can go back to your normal life knowing that you didn’t completely pause your life so it’s uh it’s a little helpful and you could write it off as a business expense right little tax WR off yeah so it’s always a plus [Music] too your arm getting [Music] tired all right so 1100 a.m. on Drive day and it’s way hotter than 66° I’m back in Florida and uh you know Tennessee was good but um it’s good to be back back on routine it just it feels a lot better than you know eating out doing just a whole bunch of random [ __ ] training is off but back in Florida about 4 hours out from the drop and I’m nervous bro I’m so excited like scared every single drop um well at least the last drop I was so bad but this one I’m a little more like calm Co cool and collected but the uh the nerves are still high so uh we do have a right at me I’m like he’s got a he’s got to turn or something and he just ran right into me so my car is getting fixed right now um and this is my girlfriend’s car so whipping this around today but overall bro drop day so I’m going to run in there and uh just help out a little bit of orders got to do like a little try on haul and uh like I said everything is oversized too at least the shirts the shorts are pretty true to size so get what you usually wear and uh the shirts I usually wear an XL but the large fits comfortably and it still looks a little oversized so if you do want an over oversized look go with like like I’m XL so go up a size or if you want just like a true oversized look go with your normal size so yeah like I said thank you guys for supporting the drop everything it
