something horrible is happening inside of me and I don’t know why my nightly blood lust has overflowed into my days I feel methal on the verge of frenzy the thing my mask of [Music] Sanity [ __ ] [Music] all right so we got oh let me see this we’ve got more than half eaten chicken par absolutely delicious like a little bulk hack you’re trying to stay on the bulk and you know you’re eating six meals a day so that sh gets real quick you got to spice up a little bit chicken Palm has got to be one of the best routes you can go chicken Palm a burger you just can’t go wrong with it so this is just about 100 grams of carbs damn near 60 65 grams of protein from the two chicken breasts there’s only a little chunk left but I’m you know more line OB Beast right now so when I see food it’s going in the mouth immediately so there’s no stoping that um 1665 g of protein a little light on the fat uh we only did the parmesan cheese so if you’re running macros this is something you can easily fit in but if you’re on a strict diet definitely straight away from it if you’re on prep don’t even [ __ ] think about it but um overall if you have any leniency with your diet this is definitely one of the best routs to go so like I said it’s anabolic it’s really good it’s pretty healthy you know you get a little bit of sodium I did low sodium tomato sauce with Parmesan cheese so like those are like probably the healthiest non-healthy foods that you can eat um in terms of like a cheat meal like this uh the pasta not too crazy Chicken’s chicken and we did uh some gluten-free breadcrumbs on the chicken so can’t go along with it but I’m going to enjoy this the last few bites that I have so I hope you enjoy watching me eat it okay let need to get locked in real quick let’s go easiest way to get your protein done this or I think one of the biggest cheat codes of all time and just putting food into a wrap and housing it that way just is going to down so quick [Music] [Music] all right [Music] [Music] [Music] hey [Music] all right so we got a little chest today and I just realized hav haven’t said [ __ ] and to be honest cuz I’m logged in right now I woke up this morning and on The Bu highest weight of this bulk so far was 209.106 lb drop is pretty drastic especially when you’re to a tea on everything um if anything I did eat a little more than I’m supposed to so I think it might be time to drop the cardio a little bit or I don’t know got to reevaluate but with that being said the bulk was going well um but we’re a bit lighter now so we’re on a little bit of a Vengeance Arc until we get that back so like I said we got chest ran through the first three movements two top sets on each incline dumbbell was a little light today um shoulders a little tweaked but I feel like that’s every chest day just every day in general so uh ran that mostly just got the squeeze nice contraction uh the incline Prime felt pretty good two tops there we’re running this right now so got a bunch of blood in the chest feeling good and we got to we got to get that size back so got to train hard as [ __ ] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] last Dr swi stre world I just [ __ ] let it girl I just [ __ ] call me to the side like [Music] I want to a k [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] all on the incline right now and just doing this has a little cherry on top you I said I was going to lock in we’re locking in here and throwing this in as the last movement I really wasn’t going to do it but I think you really just expand your chest and uh you know this is definitely going to help a lot of that upper chest growth so run this for a few sets and it’s probably going to be it I’m absolutely Gass I need to eat I’m starting to get hungry which is a good thing but I just ordered my Olympia ticket so I’m going to be there um for the Expo and then I’m going to the night show too so if you’re going to Olympia p to the raw Booth we have treats we’re going to give a bunch away we’re going to have a claw machine which is going to be dope um but definitely pull up say what’s up and uh for the night show bro I had to take out a [ __ ] loan for that [ __ ] ticket was like I don’t even want to talk about it bro just ridiculous it’s crazy how much money you can get from reselling tickets but with that being said like everybody is like 5 weeks out right now and it’s really making me at least seeing them get shredded it’s making me really want to compete again so I had this idea of like a year year and a half out from a show might have to bump it back to two but you know bodybuilding is such a like health taxing sport as far as you know just taking certain things and um dieting training um your body just gets beat up and like I keep saying this I don’t know why the [ __ ] I chose bodybuilding but I really do enjoy it um and with everybody getting shredded I think uh I think I just I really want to do it so prep Series in 2 years something like that it’s be a long wait but it’s definitely going to be worth it so yeah all right so we’ve got the workout meal bison a rice typically have a lean protein Source after the workout but since the scale was pretty low today 6 lbs of light um we’re having the red meat so red meat has a higher fat content and with a higher fat content you’re going get more calories because per gram of fat there are nine calories compared to a carbohydrate or a protein which have four calories per gram um so if you do need to put on size quick or just want to get bigger in general one of the easiest ways to do that is with a higher fat diet so you know your red meats salmon eggs with the yolk um cuz that’s where the fat is cottage cheese olive oil truffle oil even you can get your calories up pretty easily uh through fats but with the scale being light not going to be discouraged because I know that I can bounce back from it it’s only 6 lbs it may take a week or two to get back clean I know that I can go house a burger real quick maybe a couple burgers and do that for the next few days and get back up there but that’s just unhealthy I don’t want to do that I want to do this the right way so we’re going to stick to the plan probably going to bump the food up a little bit but keeping it mostly clean and uh like I said I’m just not going to get discouraged by it because it is so easy when things go rough it is so easy to throw the towel in but a good story is not made of easy wins so I think the more losses you take somewhere later down the road in life you’re going to be able to tell the story and it’s just going to sound that much better so just not going to give up because even if you think you’re failing now you truly don’t fail until you give up let me reward that the only way you do fail is when you give up so that shit’s not happening um I’m not going to do that you’re not going to do that and let’s just hold each other accountable so I’m going to eat this potentially get a little cheat tonight maybe not going out this weekend having a couple cheat meals actually so I probably shouldn’t do that tonight I’m going to be good but if you’re having a cheat this weekend let me know in the comments
