what you’re training today thinking about it you advaned to train train hard I can train hard bro I tried to do body weight lunches yesterday and I swear to God I pulled like whatever like TI I have much my joint bur my KNE everything [ __ ] taking time off is not good for Recovery makes you worse really ugly hat why it look so weird supposed to be sideway like that why that so big up here just merry Christmas kids we decided we were going to give back a little bit so we’re going to go through Walmart Pretend We’re kids buy all the toys we want and we’re going to be donating those to a charity called Elevate hope Here Local to us and then we’re also going to be buying bun of cool stuff and giving it away to you guys on Instagram so stay tuned for the give giveway I got my trusty [Music] 5 [Music] all right so we got super super exciting news today finally got my meal plan so that means that the bulk is going to finally commence believe this is going to be episode three or 4 and we’re just getting started so um hopefully we’re going to see some major progress within probably like the next I don’t know five six videos we’re going to start seeing some big changes uh which is super exciting uh food not like anything crazy right now uh six meals just want to see how I respond to actually following uh a strict diet um and just an overall strict regimen uh in general cardio is going to be about 20 minutes a day um taking um I think two or three rest days a week uh it kind of varies on what day uh certain body part falls on so if I’m doing legs one day I’m going to probably rest after that but yeah we got chest today um pretty limited on time but we’re going to make the best of it um get through uh the major movements uh we started with this little peek fly and this thing’s amazing uh probably the best connection I’ve ever had on one of these and we’re about to move over to dumbbells so yeah overall it’s going to be a good chestday feeling pretty pumped already so and we’re in a dope gym but besides that it’s a great day to do some [Music] chest [Music] [Music] [ __ ] [Music] [Music] taking these [Music] they [Music] [Music] so [Music] [Music] [Music] all right so we’re three movements deep now and my chest is feeling really good um we’re doing a super decline uh chest press and this is going to hit like the bottom portion of your chest but since we were already warm like I said three movements in I kept the warm up sets to very minimum started with a decently heavy weight and I believe I’ll probably keep this weight maybe take the 25 off throw another four another 45 B so we’re at four plates but when I’m uh halfway through my workout just about that I kind of just gauge on how I’m feeling um and just where my muscle is at and if I can jump into a machine without warming up a bunch save some energy I’m going to so that’s where we’re at here and like I said my chest is already pumped so we’re probably going to keep it around this this weight range and then move on to something else but there’s no need to waste energy if you don’t need to like I don’t need to come on here and do two plates for three two three rep or two three sets so just going to save everything we can put it into the movement and uh that’s what we’re doing here but just feeling it so firing through is pretty quick but it’s a good workout so [Music] [Music] far oh and we’re keeping it within that I think that was around 12 reps want to keep it in that range where we’re hitting failure just there so I think this pretty good I might bump it up to 45 and try to hit like 8 to 10 but I really want to fail it those targeted rep ranges so it’s feeling [Music] good [Music] h [Music] [Music] [Music] my [Music] all right so that was a session quick little chest and triceps uh I think it was like six or seven movements like to stay in that range um especially since we are trying to prioritize rest here so I’m not going to overdue in the gym um just doing everything that’s necessary so got that in got my meal plan today training is coming up um and I’ll I’ll update you guys in the next video on everything that’s changing and everything that I’m doing so uh make sure that you are here for that I believe the next video is going to be in Boston I’m going up there for Christmas and uh just short little trip probably 4 or 5 days we going to pop back down here so um like I said going to get a video there come back shoot Muk again so yeah that was chest and tries um that’s all we got should I mention anything else yeah I got the plan so um probably going to send check-ins tonight or tomorrow morning that’s probably going to be better and then uh kick that up so next video we’re going to be actually on the bulk and the prep series is
